282 Quality Control 1

The trio finishes their breakfast and divides the chores to finish things early. As they go out to the main door of their house, Yve notices that Edward isn't around to pick him up.

"Don't worry about Edward. I gave him some tasks last night so I will drive myself to school today."

The couple rides different cars and goes on towards their respective companies.

In the car, Yve reads the different articles in the newspapers and notices the short article found in each of them.

"Sylvan, have you read these articles on today's newspapers?"

"I have. That's the reason why I went to your house early. I have been gathering some information on their possible project plans but I don't have concrete information yet."

"I see."

"Young Madam, do you want me to deploy an agent?"

"Is that possible?"

"Yes. If you want to."

"I'll only have that as my last option. In the meantime, let's focus on doing things in an entrepreneur way." Yve replies casually.

"If that's what you like, Young Madam."

"But Sylvan, while we're waiting for their official announcement, what can we do?"

"We can think of our project's possible weaknesses and try to work on them. I have already scheduled a meeting with the marketing and output quality control team" Sylvan suggests.

"We have an output quality control team?"

"Yes, but they're newly created and its main office is in Gray Group's headquarters."

"What do they do?"

"The division is created to supervise and create feedback on the companies under the wings of Gray Group. Each team is assigned to monitor only one company."

"So you have called assistance from the team assigned to monitor SkyMu?"

"Yes."

"Good. How about the bidding for Noble's interior?"

"I have already notified the companies and I gave them a week for it. So the official date will be on Monday next week."

"Good. By the way, is the script ready?"

"Not the entire script. They were able to send me 40% of the script last night. They promised to send the remaining 60% by the end of the day. "

"Great. I need to read the script before sending copies to the coaches."

"I will print you a copy as soon as we arrive at the office."

Yve is about to ask another question to Sylvan as they arrive at the office. Yve walks out and is followed by Sylvan. While walking, Yve asks the question.

"Are the schedules of the requested artists okay with the additional schedule?"

"The managers want to have a meeting with you to verify the schedule of shoot. I granted their request and placed it last for your morning schedules."

"That's perfect! I can give them the script personally after I checked them. After my first meeting, give me one hour to read the script and inform the writers to come to my office. There might be some changes necessary so we need to update and finalize it prior to handing them out to the artists. "

"Noted."

Yve walks straight to her room, while Sylvan heads to his own office. Yve gathers the folders related to their stream project and the future plans like the drama and music video projects. Sylvan prints the script and calls on the scriptwriters as what Yve has just instructed. Once the script is printed, Sylvan informs the participants to get ready in the meeting room and goes to Yve's office.

"Young Madam, here is the script you have requested. It's also time for your first meeting."

"Thank you. Let's go!"

As they arrive in the meeting room, Yve sees the marketing and the quality control on both sides of the table.

"Good morning, ladies and gentlemen."

Sylvan looks at the quality control team and his eyes bulge a bit seeing Slayne's intelligence team. The quality control team is the sole independent group which is given direct orders from Edward and Vince and gives its reports straight back. Seeing that Slayne's team came, Sylvan understood that their spy's information will reach the ears of their Lady Boss.

"Nice to meet you. First of all thank you for coming and I'm looking forward to our cooperation." Yve looks at the team.

"It's nice working with you."

"The reason for this meeting is the short articles written in different newspapers about the upcoming plans of our competitors. There a lot of entertainment companies in the country and I didn't believe they would be that cautious because of our successful stream."

"Miss Yve, ever since it was announced that our president has changed, they have been observing our steps. They even took note of the improvements and changes we did."

"I never thought of it that way." Yve admits to the people in front of her.

"Miss Yve, here is a graph indicating the growth of the entertainment companies starting from a month prior your take over up until the present month." Marketing team hands over a folder to Yve to which the latter opens it and reads the information inside.

"Miss Hyacinth's latest album and music video followed by a concert tour was a very good start and confirmed the hunches of the competitors." The quality team added.

"Hunches?"

"That despite being a newbie, you should not be underestimated." The team responded.

"I see."

Yve looks at the quality control team and asks,

"What can you say about the stream last Sunday?"

"It was a good tactic. The content is something done on tv shows or music group blogs but they were never done in a live stream. So it was quite unique. Here is the actual report if you want to read it." The team hands over the file to her.

"I will. Thank you."

"Now, I'm planning to release videos every day starting this Saturday. Here is the schedule." Yve informs Sylvan to display the projected schedule on the projector."

Both marketing and the quality control team look at the screen and carefully analyze the schedule.

"Hyacinth's task as my secretary will be released this weekend. Behind the scenes will be released on the next three days. Then on Thursday and Friday, teasers of the music video and drama will be uploaded."

Yve continues to interpret the schedule to the teams. Finally she asked,

"So what do you think?"
