266 Completed Report 4

Jenny arrives home first and informed their butler she eat at her room. The butler bowed before leaving her to proceed with the task instructed to him. She opens the door to her room and does her shower regimen before proceeding with her school works.

Back at the wedded couple, they just arrived home. They went to their room to change their clothes before staying at the study room working on their respective tasks. Vince is reading through Edward's reports on Stones' Enterprises while Yve is studying for her quiz tomorrow while waiting for the revisions her team mates will send. They stayed quietly that way until Yve received the articles from her teammates. She decided to print them out and while waiting for it, she went to the kitchen to prepare some tea for both of them. When she came back she served a cup to her husband while saying,

"Here's a cup of tea for you, Mr. Gray."

Vince smiled at his wife before replying,

"Thank you so much, Mrs. Gray."

Team Bravo was shocked to see their boss so in love and caring. They also caught a glimpse of their Lady Boss that Team Alpha was just talking about. Vince noticed the reaction of his subordinates and so he coughed a little to get their attention. They all stopped and turned serious again but this sudden action made Yve worried. So after removing the printed papers she asked,

"Are you okay?"

"Yes, I'm fine. No need to worry. Just go on with your homework." Vince answered.

"Okay." Yve smiled and continued with her homework.

Yve browsed through the reports with a pen in her hands. She made some necessary corrections before sending them to Lester. In their chat group, Lester immediately replied,

"I received the files. I will work on placing them in our final output."

Yve with the rest of the team replied,

"Thanks. Just send a message when you're done."

Upon reading Lester's response, Yve

Yve continued reviewing for her test tomorrow.

In Jenny's room, she's still working on revising the articles as she isn't satisfied with their work.

'How can they make these low quality articles when I already gave them the lay-out for the articles?!' Jenny disappointedly exhaled as she finally finished the last article.

As soon as she finished, she starts to prepare their output for submission. She plainly prints the articles while attaching some wonderful designs on the side. When the output is finally finished, Jenny filled up her group mates' evaluation from her.

'They were useless so why don't I give them a lower grade than they expected. Anyways, they can get it back from this final output's score.' Jenny thought as she continues to type reasons to back up the scores she typed.

Yve's team finally received a message from Lester informing them that it's finished. He sent them a soft copy of the layout in pdf. They all browsed through it and found nothing which needed changes. Contended with the output, they send individual messages,

"Great job, Lester!"

"Thanks for a great layout, Lester!"

"We can all sleep well tonight, Lester! Thank you for working hard. I hope you're ready for the exam."

However, Yve decided to give Lester a personal message.

"Thank you for an excellent layout, Lester. I hope editing and making the final output didn't jeopardize your time to review for tomorrow's test. Let me handle the printing of this project. By the way, if you have any questions feel free to ask. I will be online until midnight."

Yve extended a hand to her teammate and took note of his efforts in their group project. As promised Yve stayed online until midnight while reading her notes but Lester didn't message a thing. She was about to review her the business reports from Stones when Vince stopped her,

"Mrs. Gray, you have finished your homework so you need to go home now."

With a deep sigh, Yve replied, "But I need to check on these daily reports on my project for Stones."

"You can do that tomorrow. Everything's fine. I got a summative report with a message that you're right on schedule."

"Hmmmmm, that's correct. I was in a meeting with them early tonight."

"See? So why don't you get some sleep. It will be of great help if you will rest. You will have enough energy for tomorrow." Vince tries to convince her to sleep.

"Will you continue to act this way until I go to bed?" Yve curiously asks her husband.

"I will if that's what it takes for you to sleep." Vince answered.

"Vince…."

"You woke up early this morning to confess your secrets to me. You haven't slept well." Vince reminded her of what happened early dawn that day.

"I'll be fine." Yve plainly answered.

"Remember what I told you? I don't have any problems with getting busy juggling in your tasks as long as you will not forget yourself."

"….."

"Sleeping and eating are two of the things I would insist you won't miss." Vince stood firm in his decision leaving Yve with no other option but to obey.

"Okay, you win!" Yve smiled at him.

"That's good. So I will leave you here to clean up your desk while I get ready for bed." Vince informed her and started to walk away.

As Yve is about to open the folder she just put away, Vince turned around and reminded her,

"Please no more sneaking or else I'll do something you'll be quite surprised on what I'll do."

Giving up to her husband's warning and scared on what naughty thoughts he might do to her, Yve closed the folder and starts placing her folders inside her suitcase.

In a short while, the couple is finally resigning for the nigh which is quite opposite of Jenny's. She's still reviewing the notes she wrote for the topics involved in the quiz. She's quite into it when Steve knocks on her door.

"Come in."

"I thought you might have gone to bed with the lights on again, Jenny."

"I'm not going to bed yet. I need to finish reviewing for a test tomorrow."

"Is the lesson difficult for you to still study until this time?"

"It's not that difficult. I started studying late because I needed to finish the project I talked to you about."

"Oh, I see. Now, I won't disturb you much longer." Steve casually answered before leaving her alone.

'I need to get a higher score than Yve for both the project and the test. Tomorrow, Yve will face a great defeat.' Jenny smiles as she imagines Yve's devastated face.
