"You can ask anything from our staff with the exception of trade and company secrets. No worries as I will inform you in case you cross the line." Sylvan informed them.

"Okay, that was an easy rule." Lester responded.

"Now, ready your things as we're going to explore the building." Sylvan said to them.

The team grabbed their things such as tablets, notebooks with pens, and followed Sylvan outside.

"First thing we are going to visit would be the cafeteria. It's better to do it now before lunch time as it tends to get too crowded." Sylvan briefed them and led the way for them.

"We're here! You're free to take pictures and interview them. But I would like to ask you to make it quick as the head chef begged me they need to prepare for lunch." Sylvan reminded them.

The team dispersed inside the cafeteria and even in the kitchen. After scanning around and seeing some agents, Sylvan asked for Yve's status.

"Mr. Syl, the lady Boss is still engaged in the meeting. Nothing suspicious."

"Okay, good. Now continue surveillance and monitoring until my rendezvous." Sylvan ordered before ending the communication temporarily.

"Hello, Sir. Is there anything I can help you with?" The kitchen staff they saw earlier asked Lester.

"Can I just ask you a couple of questions?" Lester asked the lady.

"Yes, Sir. I was informed by Sir Sylvan."

"This might be a quite different question than the ones you might be asked." Lester began.

"It's okay, Sir."

"I know a lot of changes happened with the change in management. What is your reaction on this?" Lester asked the lady as he pressed the record button on his audio recorder.

"I don't know much about the company and all but let's narrow it down to the changes that happened in the kitchen and cafeteria." The lady began her answer.

"Ms. Yve listened to our opinions and weighed the options. Since, making the necessary changes would be quite expensive. She kept on meeting us and we actually witnessed first-hand how focused she was on the project." The lady explained.

"Did someone ask her why she's focused on making the changes in the kitchen and cafeteria?" Lester continued to answer.

"Yes. I can't forget her facial expression and answer."

"What did she say?"

"She looked into the eyes of our head chef and said, "The people who are eating and will eat your dishes are stars who are tired from practice and work. They need a delicious and healthy meal, not to forget a nice and comfortable ambience to pair it up with." The lady answered his question in detail.

"That sounded to me that she cared so much about her artists but what about yours?" Lester further inquired.

"Her next words were for us. She said, 'I know you're good at your crafts otherwise the previous management wouldn't hire you I also understand that more than the money and compensation, your passion for your jobs will always be number 1 and passionate people deserve nothing but the best. In return for asking you to always do your best at work, I will try my best to give you the best equipment and supplies you will need.' And none of us missed the smile and sincerity in her speech." She replied.

Satisfied with her answers, Lester turned the audio recorder off and thanked the lady.

"You're welcome, Sir. I hope I answered your questions well. Enjoy the rest of your tour." And just like that, the kitchen staff resumed to her work.

"We're finished, Mr. Sylvan. So where are going next?" Lester asked Yve's secretary once the members were gathered once more.

"We're going to visit the practice rooms." Sylvan answered and walked ahead of them to which the rest followed.

The first set of practice rooms they visited was the voice practice room.

"I'm sorry we can't actually get inside the rooms as it is being used by different trainees and groups." Sylvan apologized.

"So where is this place?"

"Are we in the middle of two voice practice rooms?"

"First, this is the observation rooms. Often times, the coaches, managers, PR team and Ms. Yve use these observation rooms to check their vocals." Sylvan answered.

"Why do you use these observation rooms instead of going inside?"

"We don't want to disturb their progress if they are in the middle of their sessions. We only get in the actual room if they haven't started yet, as instructed by Ms. Yve." Sylvan responded.

"Can we get actual photos later?"

"Yes, we have some vacant practice rooms tomorrow which you can use to take pictures." Sylvan responded.

"Lester, you've been to other practice rooms in different companies, what can you say about this concept?"

"This is actually the first time I've seen this set-up. For me it looks fine but only the trainees and artists will be able to give an appropriate feedback for it. "Lester answered the question.

"Will that be possible, Mr. Sylvan?"

"We might be able to arrange that with the permission from Ms. Yve. In the meantime, do you have other questions?" Sylvan answered and asked them back.

"None."

"Okay, in the meantime, let's go to the dance practice room. We will actually meet one of the groups who will have their comeback stage in the coming days." Sylvan spoke calmly as they went out of the observation room and walked to the dance practice room.

"Which group are we going to see, Mr. Sylvan?"

"Do you remember Ms. Hyacinth's last music video?"

"Yes…"

"Are you possibly talking about the man in the video? If I remember his name is Tristan." One of their girls asked.

"Yes. Ms. Yve asked permission from them earlier and the PR team as well as their manager agreed." Sylvan asked.

"Can we take pictures of them?"

"You can take pictures but we would ask you not to upload the pictures of the practice on the internet yet. You can take a picture with them in a pose and those are the ones that you can post." Sylvan reminded them.

"Thank you very much." They all said and smiled. So they're now more excited as they approach the area for the dance practice.

"Mr. Sylvan, I noticed that I don't have phone signal at the moment. And we are going down as we ride the elevator. Are the practice rooms on the basement?" Lester asked.
