Chapter 702: Killing spree

Just as the gray knights were about to reach him, buzzing noises could be heard and numerous bugs appeared, the charging knights instantly sense the impending doom that have befallen before them, but before they could register everything the scarabs quickly swarms towards them.

When the scarabs charge to other gray knights, nothing was left to the gray knights, even their armors were devoured by the scarabs just showing how powerful their devouring capability is.

Shadowslash looks at the other prisoners and took out a large amount of weapons and walks out of the cell, he did not say anything but he would definitely take those that were courageous enough to pick a weapon and fight back Thousand Forest Continent.

A little girl looks at the weapon scattered in front of her and her dull gaze starts to have life on them, then the life turns into blazing flame of hatred and tears started flowing down on them.

When they got out of the cell, they saw some gray knights that were lying on the ground and they immediately pounced on him and screams started ringing inside the cave.

Shadowslash have released his scarabs to go on a killing spree but he didn't order them to kill everyone, he decided to leave some injured knights for the people that were tortured by them, he also told them to leave the chaos beasts alone.

He had other plans for the chaos beasts, one chaos beasts that looks like a bear with three eyes and six legs looks at him with killing intent but before it could move he appears in front of it and twist it's neck.

Seeing how easily he killed one of their strongest chaos beasts, the gray knights that were surrounding him were shocked but their shock didn't end there.

They saw him transforming into a giant beast and with that he threw the bear on his mouth and started chewing the entire carcass of the bear.

The scene didn't shock the gray knights because they saw him eating the bear whole, as beings on a chaos Qi filled world they had seen many scenes just like this, what shocked them is that Shadowslash wasn't a chaos beast and chaos Qi should be considered quite harmful for him.

They then saw him swallow the bear and they realised that his aura became more terrifying but he didn't dealt with them as the scarabs quickly swarms towards them.

The gray knights recovers from their daze and quickly fought back but it was clearly futile as the scarabs easily overwhelms them, their powerful chaos Qi that should be considered as one of the higher types of energy was devoured by the scarabs with ease.

These aren't the normal scarabs but the elites that have survived the cruel refining that Hentai have created for them, all of them are Primordial Rune Scarabs that have further strengthened by Hentai.

The entire cave was now in chaos as the gray knights started falling one by one, the prisoners were freed and they started joining their fellow prisoners and started getting revenge for their past hatred.

All the chaos beasts were now being hunted by Shadowslash, suddenly the entire cave started trembling, roars and sounds of marching individuals could be heard.

Shadowslash who was chewing on a chaos beasts that looks like a spider immediately knew that an army of gray knights and chaos beasts have arrived.

He sneered and took out Mana and spirit stones and absorbed them, once he recovers a certain amount of Mana and spirit Qi he quickly summoned his clones and have them charge towards his enemies.

Just as he was about to also charge towards his enemies he stops and his eyes widen in shock, he realized that his wounded soul was quickly recovering with the help of the energy he had absorbed from the spirit stones.

The ones responsible for this rapid recovery were actually the two fish, they really have great ability towards the soul, discovering this he quickly took all the spirit stones inside Hentai and started absorbing them.

Because of the scarabs he knew a bit of devouring ability so he is able to absorb all the energy of all the spirit stones with ease, even without this Hentai is able to extract large amount of energy, it is natural for it.

The two fish started to work their magic immediately once they received such large amount of spirit Qi but more than half went to the body to heal the incredibly injured muscles and ligaments.

He started relishing the feeling of his soul recovering but this was cut short by the loud noice outside the cave, he couldn't help but grumble a little, he then went out and saw the carnage that was happening in the battlefield.

Ten beasts of different species and race starts to lay waste on the group of chaos beasts and knights, thousands of scarabs continue to devour numerous chaos knights and they got faster as they continue their rampage.

He smiled and transformed into a large beast with nine heads, he had transformed into a hydra and after transforming into it, he use his nine heads to devour every chaos beasts that was close to him.

The prisoners were shocked by the scene but the little girl that was the first one to pick up a weapn pick up a rock and threw it to one of the chaos knights even though she was feeling weak she still manage to hit one of the knights, her strength was only fueled by her hatred.

The other prisoners saw this and most of them hesitated to do the same thing, suddenly the old man that gave the girl the sword earlier also picks up a rock and threw it towards one of the knights, more and more people started doing the same.

Shadowslash might look like he was only wantonly killing but he was actually monitoring everyone in the area and have been specifically monitoring the little girl and the old man since earlier.

Upon seeing how the two acts, he couldn't help but think much highly of them, even though they knew that it was incredible dangerous but they still dare to do it.

The ground suddenly starts to quake as a behemoth started approaching the battlefield, the appearance of the behemoth causes many of the prisoners to ran back on the cave full of fear but there were actually 10 individuals that stayed outside and looks at the behemoth with determined gazes.

The little girl and the old man were present on this group, Shadowslash immediately became determined to bring these two back on Thousand Forest Continent.

He then transformed into a fox, his size became smaller causing the people to be confused but before they could register what was running on his mind, their eyes widen as they felt they were hallucinating.

They just saw Shadowslash disappearing in front of them and they didn't even blink, it happened just too fast for them to comprehend, while everyone except for the scarabs and clones were confused the quaking stops.

They then look towards the direction of the behemoth that looks like a walking mountain, the chaos knights started trembling as they discover that there was a fox sitting on top of the behemoth looking at them with mockery.

The giant behemoth that seems to be able to raze the battlefield to the ground was now dead, it's body is full of scratch mark and the scratch marks are extremely deep to the point one could see the bones of the giant behemoth.

They then saw the him started getting bigger and bigger and he started eating the giant behemoth, in just a minute or two the giant behemoth have disappear on this world.

Shadowslash felt satisfied, the behemoth is actually a Xiantian rank chaos beasts, after eating the beast he felt very satisfied, he couldn't help but let out a small burp as he reverted back to his regular giant fox form.

Without anyone realising it he returned back to his earlier spot, everything that had happened seems to have felt like a dream to those that were watching, the chaos knights quickly recovers and their aura started flaring up as great amount of energy starts to rumble inside their bodies.

Shadowslash immediately knew what they were planning and snorted, without hesitation he summoned all of his scarabs together with the first generation of the Primordial Rune Scarabs.

After a long time they finally awaken from their deep slumber and all of them are now Xiantian Emperor Realm, basically this meant that even with a True Saint as an opponent they would be able to hold their ground.
