After hearing those words, Gu Nansheng stiffened. Hints of disappointment could be seen on her face. He was actually Feng Tianlan’s fiancée, jeez…

She lowered her head and saw a faint smile lingering on the edge of the man’s lips as if he was ecstatic that she had referred to him as her fiancée. Although there was no verbal communication between them, it seemed like he pampered Feng Tianlan a lot, while he didn’t even look into her eyes, and acted as though she wasn’t there.

Gu Nansheng watched him carry Feng Tianlan upstairs and whispered unconsciously, “What a matching couple! Good for them.”

She had her own principles, therefore, the affection for him that arose for a moment instantly vanished into thin air.

Si Mobai carried Feng Tianlan to her room and put her on the bed. Then, he covered her with a blanket. “Rest well. I will stay beside you.”

“Mobai, since when was there a Bailan Alliance in the Xuantian Continent?” Feng Tianlan asked anxiously, sitting up halfway as she leaned against the headboard of her bed.

“Half a year ago.”

“Did you surrender to the Bailan Alliance?” She had some knowledge about the other alliances. It had just been a year. She had not known that there was a Bailan Alliance.

Si Mobai looked at her face which was still pale and said, “Have you thought about the word ‘Bailan’ used in the name?”

Feng Tianlan shook her head gently. “Mobai…” Just as she said his name, her voice trailed off and she realized something. She raised her head and looked at him. “Is the ‘Bai’ and ‘Lan’ from our names?”

Si Mobai nodded. “You’re not stupid.”

He had wanted to name it the Holy Pill City as first, but after some thought, he decided it would be better for him to put his and Lan’er’s name.

“Mobai…” Feng Tianlan’s heart was moved. He made her his priority in everything he did. How could she not like him?

“Take a rest.”

Feng Tianlan asked curiously, “But there are already three great alliances in the Xuantian Continent. Why would Brother Jin and the others be afraid of the Bailan Alliance which you just created?”

Brother Jin was the crown prince of Dongshu Nation and the Jiang Family and the Shen Family were under the Xuantian Alliance. By right, they shouldn’t be afraid of a new force, yet, she had seen the fear on their faces and found it very odd.

“The Bailan Alliance was once called the Yunyi Alliance. Since I become the master of the Yunyi Alliance, I didn’t want to keep such a feminine name.”

Feng Tianlan found it strange to hear him say that the Bailan Alliance was once the Yunyi Alliance. However, her surprise skyrocketed when he said that he was the master of the Yunyi Alliance.

According to her understanding of the Yunyi Alliance, they would never become someone else’s underlings, especially the extremely arrogant alliance master.

“Lan’er, I don’t know either. It’s just that when I arrived on the Xuantian Continent, people from the Yunyi Alliance came to greet me and called me their master.”

When he was about to leave, Si Ming had handed him an old flare gun and a token. If he used the flare gun when he arrived on the Xuantian Continent, people from the Yunyi Alliance would recognize him as their master. He was then at liberty to change Yunyi Alliance’s name to whatever he liked.

Yunyi Alliance sounded like a lady’s name. Since he was the master, why would he keep a lady’s name? Even if he had to do that, he would have used Lan’er’s name instead. Following that train of thought, he decided that he preferred being together with Lan’er, hence, he renamed the Yunyi Alliance the Bailan Alliance.

Feng Tianlan held his hand and gave him a gentle smile. He had given her personal space, so she would do the same for him. This was the trust they had between them.

“That being said, you should still be careful of Dongshu Nation and the Xuantian Alliance. Don’t make any unilateral decision for my sake only.”

No matter how strong the Bailan Alliance was, if Dongshu Nation, the Xuantian Alliance, and the Fengyun Alliance—who had always been their rivals—were to join hands, the Bailian Alliance would lose without a doubt. Therefore, he must not act recklessly.
