Chapter 394 - Clash

Chapter 394: Clash

The cries and the destabilizing effect of the head also affected the higher-ups, but it was manageable for them.

They ignored it and instead focused on the black hole.

A grin appeared on Aakesh's face, seeing the appearance of the higher-ups.

"sphuTati!" Aakesh muttered. Everyone present in the area heard it. They didn't recognize the language or its meaning, but a sudden sense of horror had engulfed their hearts, including the higher-ups present in the air.

The excited expression on the ruler's face disappeared, and a grave expression took its place.

What Aakesh had spoken a moment earlier was the same language the voice chanted through the space cracks, and it meant explode.

The higher-ups in the air sensed a sudden danger to their lives. They could feel that something terrible was going to happen.

It hadn't even been a second since they appeared here, and they had to leave as they could sense their certain death.

The higher-ups had only thought of leaving when suddenly the black hole began destabilizing itself at an unimaginable rate. Even the head, who had the same effect, felt something amiss and let out a loud cry.

It was its last cry as the next moment, the head fragmented into countless parts and then became the nourishment for the black hole.

The black hole, instead of stabilizing itself, used the energy to increase the rate at which it was falling apart.

The higher-ups found themselves frozen in the sky as an attraction force and repulsion force stronger than anything they could fight acted at the same time and made them freeze in the same place.

"Crack!"

The space around the black hole began cracking at an unimaginable rate. Not even a second had passed, while the space around the radius of a few miles had already disintegrated.

It also affected the soldiers on the ground as a suction force sucked them into the darkness of the void, never to return. Even Aakesh wasn't safe, so he had to escape the range from time to time. If he got sucked in, it would be a death sentence for him, and he would lose the war.

The void here wasn't the void of the Primal dimension, but instead, it was the void of the third dimension, where Primordials and the two of the top three races live.

The system had adjusted the quality of the space as of the Primal dimension, so his difficulty would increase. It was the reason behind Aakesh's arrows creating a fracture in it; otherwise, even after using his utmost strength, he wouldn't have been able to put a dent on it.

Fortunately for Aakesh, the system had toned the void down. It didn't have any suction force unless touched. Otherwise, even a slight crack in the space would have resulted in the suction of the entire area.

"BOOM!"

While Aakesh was escaping the space, attempting to suck him into the darkness of the void, a blast louder than anything Aakesh had heard rang in the area.

Aakesh didn't have the time to check it as the rate of space disintegration had grown severalfold.

Only after a few seconds did Aakesh stop. When he looked behind, he saw nothing but darkness. His expression returned to cold and calm. He knew after the space restored itself, the final battle would begin.

***

As Aakesh had believed, the ruler with a grave expression on his face didn't dare to move, seeing the void covering thousands of miles of the radius, starting from where the explosion had occurred.

The cause of the explosion was the complete destabilization of the black hole at once. It resulted in a supernova blast with enough intensity to wipe out every continent of Visteerna, except Kashi, a tiny fragment of the land of the fourth dimension.

Not a single higher-up who had reached to fight the arrow survived. All the soldiers on the ground died due to the sudden disintegration of the space around them and being unable to escape it. The archer perished due to the side-effect of his chanted arrow, and then the heat released by the explosion vaporized him.

While the ruler was immune to it due to the system's rule of invincibility until willingly or forcefully joining the battle, he still had to leave the fort.

The fort, who always looked down on everyone, had completely fallen into ruins. If there was a number to define the percentage of destruction it had received due to the close explosion would breach the 90% barrier.

The percentage of casualties and the destruction of the fort had already breached the requirement the ruler needed to join the battle. Only he and the challenger were alive at this point, so he only had a single enemy, who hadn't even drawn against him, to fight.

He didn't enter as it would be no less than suicide, attempting to join as the space still hadn't stabilized itself, and the system had also taken back the attribute of invincibility.

Time flew by. It took several minutes for the space to completely restore itself.

The destruction in its full glory presented itself into the eyes of Aakesh and the ruler.

The ruins of the fort could be seen thrown all across the radius of several tens of miles. Despite only getting destroyed minutes earlier, the ruins looked to be in the situation for billions of years.

After the space restored itself, the soldiers returned to the ground, but they were not alive. The majority of the soldiers didn't even have complete bodies, but instead, they were mashed or cut into pieces. The scene looked no less than a gory hell to both Aakesh and the ruler.

As for the higher-ups, nothing remained of their bodies. They had vaporized right away since they were closest to the blast.

The eyes of the ruler and Aakesh then clashed. Only cruelty was present in the eyes of the ruler, while Aakesh had emotionless cold eyes.

Even though the soldiers would return alive after killing Aakesh, the ruler still considered Aakesh to be his most hated enemy after watching the gory scene.

A/N(No extra coin): Hello, readers. What do you say about postponing the mass release to the 21st instead of the 20th?

I played Holi the entire afternoon, and then had no strength to write any chapter. It was from my chapter stocks.

If you accept it, I would add one chapter irrespective of what goal we reach. If you don't, then the mass release will be on the 20th.

I'll completely leave it to you.
