Chapter 237 - Quest Completion

Chapter 237: Quest Completion

The coronation ceremony had already come to an end, but there was still a few hours left before the store would close for the day.

The stay of six hours for the second group of customers had ended just a moment earlier, so all the customers were coming out, while the fifty customers belonging to the third group were prepared to enter right after the portal room became empty.

The store wasn't receiving any new customers at the moment, so Aakesh was comfortably relaxing on his chair. Although he heard footsteps entering the store, he ignored them since the store wasn't in the same condition as before. Customers would enter and leave the store all the time.

A few seconds later, a group of people approached him. Aakesh looked at them and noticed two familiar figures in the group of four.

It was the group of four Hygars who had entered the store. They had disguised themselves as humans since they didn't want to become the center of attention. Aakesh recognized Xayaati and Xayito, the pair of mother and son. The other two Hygars in the group were male Hygars.

"Senior, he's my husband Xator, and he's my eldest son, Xorta," Xayaati directly introduced her husband and the other son to Aakesh.

(A/N: I had accidentally used the word daughter in place of son in their introduction. I have already edited the mistake. Sorry for troubling you!)

Aakesh only nodded in response to her introduction, while the other two members in the group frowned, seeing Xayaati telling their name to the store owner.

Xorta, the eldest son, wanted to say something, but before he could, a glare from his mother stopped him.

Xator had a character that went against the majority of the Hygars. He wanted to live a laid-back life. Only due to his bloodline he reached the peak of Immortality, or he wouldn't have even wanted to cultivate.

Two days ago, his son ran out of their house, and when Xayaati returned with him, he had an additional head and also had grown in combat. She then informed them about the Gods & Demons level training area. He didn't think much since he had no interest in cultivation, but his other son loved nothing more than combat, the exact opposite of him.

Xayaati, seeing so much interest in her eldest son for the training, decided to bring him here and have him go through the Gods & Demons level training. But the problem arose when she decided to bring Xator with her.

Xator tried to use the point of him already reaching the peak of the Primal dimension, but in response, his wife challenged him to a battle. As expected, he faced the worst defeat of his life after she went easy against him. Having lost, he had no choice but to accept his wife's decision and follow her to the store.

Acting to his character, when they arrived at the store, he remained behind while his wife took the lead.

"Senior, two supreme cards for them," Xayaati respectfully said.

She and her youngest son already had a supreme card and could teleport directly to the store, but Xator and Xorta didn't have it, so they first teleported at the door and only then entered the store. As for trying to teleport inside the store, she didn't dare to allow her eldest son.

The next moment, two supreme Primal stones disappeared from her supreme card and appeared in the hands of Aakesh.

Aakesh repeated the process required for the supreme card, and a few moments later, he handed the cards to Xorta and Xator, respectively.

"Senior, Gods & Demons level training area for my husband in Immortal grade weapon, and for my son in Overlord grade weapon," Xayaati respectfully told Aakesh.

Aakesh nodded in response, and the next moment, one trillion supreme Primal stones for Xator and one million supreme Primal stones for Xorta disappeared from Xayaati's supreme card.

After Aakesh got the alert from the system about the successful payment, he gestured the pair of father and son to enter the weapons room and also told them about what to do to enter the training area.

In an instant, Xorta ran to the weapons room while Xator glanced at his wife. Xayaati, in response, smiled and told him to enjoy the training. Xator scoffed and left for the weapons room.

"Senior, is there an empty space for us in the other world, Panagea?" Xayaati respectfully asked.

When she had come here the last time, there was no place left for her and her son to enter Panagea. Due to that reason, she had paid so much money for the training area, but now that it had worked and she had benefited immensely from it, interest for Panagea had grown in her heart. She wanted to see the benefits of that world.

"No, you need to arrive at the opening time of the store if you want a spot," Aakesh expressionlessly told her.

"When will the store open tomorrow, senior?" She asked since she knew nothing about it, and she believed that an expert like Aakesh opened the store any time he wanted.

"The store opens every morning right after the sunrise," Aakesh answered.

"Okay, we'll arrive early tomorrow in the morning."

Xayaati was surprised at first because she never expected someone like Aakesh to follow a schedule, but after a moment, she returned to her usual self and answered.

Time flew by, and the remaining hours of the store day passed.

The darkness arrived and engulfed the light, bringing the augment of the night and end of the day.

The customers who were in Panagea got forced out by the system, and then they began leaving one by one. A few seconds later, only Aakesh remained in the store.

He went to the door and closed it, bringing another fruitful day for the store to an end.

Right after he closed the door, the mechanical voice of the system rang inside the store, informing Aakesh about the end of the quest.

[Ding!]

[Congratulations, Host, you've successfully completed the quest: Add more virtual portals.]

[The mission reward: 100 more virtual portals; has been successfully rewarded.]

[Host, please check the portal room for your rewards.]

After hearing the alerts, Aakesh went to the portal room. He only took a glance and noticed the number of virtual portals in the room had grown.. He then entered the nearest portal and disappeared from the store.
