Chapter 210 - Sword God Physique(Embryo)

Chapter 210: Sword God Physique(Embryo)

"Eh!" Robert's jaw dropped when he looked at Eris after he returned from the training area.

He could see a golden-red hue surrounding Eris, and the tint alone sent a chill down his spine. Seeing him, he got the impression Eris didn't even need to strike him personally to kill him.

"What benefits did you-" He blurted out in shock, but he stopped himself midway. Asking questions like these would be detrimental to his relations with Eris since any kind of benefits were the personal secrets of the cultivator.

Eris smiled at Robert, seeing him controlling himself. He was smiling on the outside, but he himself was shocked to the core. The golden-red tint that had surrounded him was no ordinary hue.

The golden hue signified divine, while the red light represented blood, massacre, slaughter, etc.

The combined golden-red hue signified Eris's step toward attaining divinity, which he believed to be impossible after the curse of the leader of the Asura clan. The Titan clan had tried everything to remove the curse and ascend to the higher dimensions, but no matter what or how much effort they put in, every time, they got failure in the end.

"I've attained the embryo of the Sword God physique," Eris told Robert since he didn't think this information was worth hiding.

"Sword God physique!" Robert exclaimed in surprise, hearing Eris.

Attaining the embryo of the divine physique was the step toward ascending to the sacred dimension. Eris now only needed to face the Primal Tribulation, which would test him. If he survived it, the dimension would grant him enough energy to grow the physique to initial completion.

After his physique had attained the initial growth, he would ascend into the Sacred dimension, and there he would grow his physique to its completion.

"Are you going to ascend now?" Robert asked.

In the event Eris decided to face the tribulation, Robert's plans for the future would all be for nothing as the store owner had already advised that there had been no application for the transfer after adding the territory in Panagea. If Eris left, the store would remove the protection period, and the neighboring Kingdom would conquer it.

"I do…don't know," Eris responded with a confused expression. He had already given up on training countless years ago and began traveling around the Primal dimension, unaware of what the future was going to bring.

When today he entered the training area, there was a little hope in his heart that it would help him overgrow the power level of the Primal dimension, and then the dimension would forcibly send him to the Sacred dimension.

The hope he had in his heart got fulfilled when he gained the embryo of a divine physique. He attained the embryo of the physique from the massacre element of the sword. As a result of traveling for many years, he should've acquired other positive uses of the sword, but due to the incident, his heart began craving one-sided slaughters.

But now that he had his hopes fulfilled, he didn't know what to do. At one moment, he thought about the reaction of his race member when he told them about his breakthrough, but the next moment, the scene of the slaughter of their race emerged inside his head. Would he bring his clan to the same fate if they ascended to the higher dimension?

The Titan race initiated the war with the Asura race, so it was already good that they let weaklings like him live, but if they ascend to the higher dimension, will the Asura clan be kind again? He had several questions in his mind, and despite having the wisdom of countless years, he couldn't get a single answer.

His heart said that its time for their race to rise again, after suffering here for countless years, but his mind said it would be foolish to tell them. Instead of helping the race, Eris would become the killer.

Eris knew what his mind said was logical and the better answer, but after seeing the suffering of his clan for countless years, he couldn't care for logic.

Although there was an emotional turmoil going on inside of him, he smiled and chatted with Robert.

Robert suddenly left him and approached Aakesh. Since there was no customer talking to him, Robert didn't have to get in the queue and wait for his turn to arrive.

"Store owner, what's the power level of the weakest being in the Sacred dimension?" Robert asked Aakesh.

It is the question he had in his mind since he learned about the existence of the Sacred dimension. He had never gotten a satisfactory answer from anyone.

It didn't matter whom he asked. He always got the same reply, "The weakest of the Sacred dimension is strong enough to destroy the Primal dimension." He never believed it was true since if the Primal dimension was so weak, it would've already gotten destroyed since there had been many cases of energy leakage from the Sacred dimension to the Primal dimension.

The moment he found out that Eris had attained the first step of ascendence, the question emerged again. He didn't ask Eris since he didn't want to get the same answer for the umpteenth time.

"In Primal units or Sacred units," Aakesh expressionlessly asked.

The Primal units were the unit of power any being had in the Primal dimension, and similarly, there were respective units for the other two dimensions. The Devas didn't possess such units because their power couldn't be measured.

A billion Primal units were equivalent to a Sacred unit, making the power gap between the inhabitants of both dimensions even wider than the difference between heaven and earth.

A confused expression appeared on Robert's face as he had never heard of these terms. Only the beings of the second and third dimensions used these terms.

Eris, who also followed Robert after he suddenly left, knew about the terms and their definitions, so seeing the confusion on Robert's face, he cleared his doubts and also told him about the conversion rate.

"How do you know that?" Robert asked Eris. Despite being from one of the top organizations of the Primal dimension, he had never heard of such a term, but Eris, who came from nowhere, knew about it.

"I've heard about it from one of the ruins I came across during my travel," Eris lied.

"Oh," Robert responded since even he had come across the ruins of beings from higher dimensions in the past.
