Chapter 782: "Seduce"

Princess Ceni spent the next two weeks within the tower where time flowed much slower. Cao Jie taught her everything she needed to know and helped awaken even more of her bloodline using various ancient methods.

By the end, she had reached a blood purity level of almost 70% but no matter how much she tried there was no progress after that.

As usual, the pair of beauties could be seen walking arm in arm about the highest level of the Tower, amidst the various exotic fauna that grew there.

"You need the spark, the essence of your bloodline that is being nurtured within the Lycan. Only that will help you complete the transition," Cao Jie reminded her once again.

Princess Ceni had changed considerably. She was only 18 years old now but looked to be in her mid-twenties. Her physique, much like Cao Jie, was perfect in every way.

Her blood-red pupils gave little away which when counted along with the aura of a chilly winter's night that she so naturally exuded, made her seem a lot more intimidating.

"The bloodline from your mother's side will never reach full maturity, but that has not stopped your body from radiating the carnal magnetism that her kind is known for. Everything from your saliva to the natural scent, it's all a weapon that you can use to charm anyone into obeying you."

"I'm sure there are some other abilities that will awaken with time but that is not too surprising considering your background. Here drink this," she handed Princess Ceni a small purple vial, "This can alter your appearance to what you looked like before if you want, but it has limited uses. I believe after the third attempt it won't work. Use it to keep your progress hidden from your brother."

Although Princess Ceni had yet to fully transition, she was still able to use many of the most fundamental abilities and powers that all Vampires were known for. But it would be after her complete awakening that she would find out what her blood art was.

"Thank you, Sister Cao," she muttered in a low voice studying the contents of the vial.

Cai Jie gently slapped her back, "I told you, don't think about it too much. Just go have fun with your Lycan, seduce him so you can enjoy everything he has to offer. But I hear they can be pretty wild in bed so be careful you don't 'swallow' any blood, alright?" she finished with a cheeky smile and a wink that left Princess Ceni red as a beet.

"Sister Cao!" she stomped her feet embarrassingly.

"Hahaha, trust me, it can get pretty crazy when you get down. Go now, and call if you ever need anything!" Cai Jie pushed her towards the small pond in the middle of the room and walked away without looking back.

Ceni waited until she was alone before taking a sip from the vial. Her appearance started changing until she looked the same as before and after confirming, she jumped into the pond and disappeared.

She reappeared a few hundred meters away from the same spot she left from earlier. Less than 5 hours had passed here not a lot had changed. She was about to start moving when the bushes nearby rustled and a figure casually walked out.

"You..." Ceni's brow knit in a tight furrow as she examined the approaching figure.

"What are you doing here?"

"I heard some noise, thought I should check it out. Did you see where Hao Xuan went?" the figure asked casually.

Ceni stared at him for a couple of seconds before turning around, "Yeah, follow me. Don't lag behind too much," she said with a somewhat nauseated expression.

The figure walked closer and out of the shadows, revealing its true form. It was Jin Wang.

Princess Ceni started sprinting at half her speed. With the help from the power of her bloodline, she was much stronger than before and as such, her speed was nothing to scoff at.

She needlessly steered left and right, turning corners without a warning while gradually picking up speed until she had passed surpassed the speed of sound without much effort.

Thinking that she had lost Jin Wang she looked back but got the right of her life when she saw his face following a few feet behind her.

"W-What are you doing?!" she yelled involuntarily.

"What? You said don't lag behind..." Jin Wang replied and proceeded to thrust his pinky up one of the nostrils.

Ceni kept increasing her speed until she couldn't anymore but Jin Wang was still behind her, at the same exact distance.

'I need to be careful of this man, he is not as ordinary as he seems,' she mused, and rightly so.

Following Hao Xuan's scent which was like a bright red piece of rope in Ceni's eyes, they reached the pit a few hours later where they saw what was left.

Many of the undead still roamed about while only a couple of areas were left unscathed. Ceni ignored everything and went straight for the gate, entering it to find a man with an old saber waiting for them. (events of CH 613 "Racing" start from here)
