As soon as the flight landed, Su Han immediately got up and shot towards the exit like a caged bird.

Runyan looked up with a perplexed expression. She was the one who was scared of him and he ran away at lightning speed?

Now that the awkwardness disappeared, she casually placed the books back into her tote style Louis Vuitton hand bag and gracefully exited the airplane.

Li Shi was promptly waiting for her at the exit with their baggage and transport already arranged.

Since it was almost midnight, Runyan directly checked into the hotel for the night. And of course, it had to be a 7-star hotel.

She helplessly sighed at her sister's attention to details. She was even strictly instructed to stay in specific hotels only.

Before she had run away from her home, Runyan was originally from a wealthy family. But not even her parents had ever pampered her like this.

She chuckled at how touched she was by such a small gesture and fished out her phone.

"Reached hotel. Good night Lin Lin." Runyan sent a text to her almighty sister, before collapsing on the bed.

Unlike Hangzhou city, their outlet store in Hongkong city was located in a very upscale and high-society mall.

Since most of their products were catered towards the high-end clients, this was a far more important step compared to the first outlet store.

It was their perfect chance to truly establish themselves as a luxury brand.

Runyan woke up bright and early the next day and directly headed to the exclusively ritzy mall.

Since she will be primarily working down in the thick of it, she donned a simple checkered shirt and full-length trousers.

It looked both elegant and refreshing at the same time and suited Runyan's go-getter attitude for the day.

Her ȧssistant Li Shi had already arranged a few interviews for the in-store sales position. They were also hiring a manager for the maintenance of the store.

Runyan decided to tackle this first and get more helpers for the store set up.

Other than this, they were not really changing up too many things between their two outlet stores and the work was pretty much cut out.

The main layout would be extremely similar to the one in Hangzhou city, but the store in itself looked more spacious and bigger, and would probably end up making everything look even more extravagant.

The entire mall had a grand opening in two days, and this would be the best time for their store opening as well.

So everyone quickly busied themselves with store related chores and worked hard to finish set up within the next two days.

"Cheers!" "Cheers!"

"Waaahhh..."

"I can't believe how quickly these last two days flew by." Wan Wan, the manager for the Hongkong city branch, excitedly blurted out with her cheeks flushed from the alcohol. 

After successfully getting everything done, Runyan had gathered the team for a small celebratory dinner in one of the city's famous expensive restaurants.

The food served here was supposed to be really outstanding and the glutton in her decided to splurge a bit... cough... cough... I mean treating the employees was one of the boss's main responsibilities!

After all, her salary was simply accumulating in her bank account collecting cobwebs without being used.

"Boss. Thank you so much! I have always wanted to try out the delicacies here." A slightly chubby woman beamed. She was one of the saleswomen for the new outlet.

"Ha Ha. No problem. As long as you guys work diligently we can even have a monthly outing here." Runyan smiled and patted her.

Being a poor foodie herself, she could relate to that woman's emotions.

Every month?? Waahhh...

The entire group was instantly touched. Which boss was so generous??

Only Li Shi, Runyan's ȧssistant grinned silently with an all knowing smile.

It really was too good to work under a boss like theirs. Runyan was strict when it came to business, but she was also very nurturing and supportive at the same time.

As everyone was joking around and teasing one another to get know to the team better, the piping hot food arrived as well.

They had booked a private booth for the gathering and the delicious aroma from the food completely serenaded the aristocratically decorated booth.

Everyone was literally drooling at the different delicacies carefully laid out in front of them.

"Why are you all being so formal? Dig in. Dig in." Runyan encouraged after chuckling at their expectant glances and the party started in full swing.

She was in a very good mood today, so she even secretly took a snapshot of the table and sent it to their online Chat group.

And of course, as expected, Monkey was the first person to notice and respond.

Monkey - [OMG. The silent sister is taunting me! What has this world come to??]

Monkey - [@Luther When are you returning back bro?? I am going to die from hunger. At least feed me the usual dog food. TT ]

Squirrel - [First brother is already back in the city. Stop throwing a tantrum idiot.]

Runyan almost choked on her food, laughing at this bunch's usual antics. Well, she was the main instigator this time around but she still shamelessly chuckled.

Excusing herself, she stepped out of their booth to clean her shirt collar, which was slightly stained from her spontaneous laughter just now.
