The atmosphere grew charged after his words. Tension crackled in the air between the two men.

It was then that Yao Tangspoke again, calm and aloof as ever. “I won’t be joining any organization. I have no such plans at the moment. You guys should leave.”

Wang Peng’s eyes flashed with menace.

If Yao Tangreally had no intention to join a club, then she wouldn’t have come here in the first place!

She looked up and obliged him.

Their handshake was firm and brief, nothing more than a polite gesture.
