He then saw that Jelly was watching its subordinates fight and judging by its two cute white eyes it wasn't that interested so he asks him via contract.

'Jelly is true that some of your skills needed no Mana at all?' He asks.

Receiving this message Jelly looks at Shadowslash and answered also via contract as it has no mouth only eyes.

'Yes, but I use Mana to increase their power as their damage isn't that great without one' Jelly answered.

Shadowslash nodded after hearing this since the skill would truly be heaven defying if it really has no drawback.

He then asks Jelly about the uses of the skill and their power but the answers he got left him stunned.

Jelly actually had no experience in battling whatsoever.

Now he realised why such powerful skills were only in Colored Quality its actually because Jelly wasn't training or using any of his skill.

He then started thinking about the training plan he should create for Jelly as he already decided to bring him with them in their journey.

Just as he was deep in thought in his chest a fluffy figure came out.

This figure was the marten that Flora beat up earlier.

Shadowslash then released his aura of a spirit beast causing it to shiver in fear as it bows its head in submission to him.

Seeing this he nodded in satisfication he then looks at it and asks "Do you agree to become my subordinate?"

The marten looks at him confusingly its species were smart but it was just a youngling and it couldn't understand human words yet.

Shadowslash sighed as he shook his head helplessly before he could just communicate with monsters using spiritual energy.

He then thought in dejection 'It seems that I need to waste another of my monster slot'

Knowing what he is thinking Hentai informed him.

He was startled he then asks "Why?!"

Hearing him shout the marten trembled in fear as it started kowtowing to Shadowslash thinking that it had angered him.

Even Jelly looks at him it could sense sound waves so it felt him shout.

Realising that he lost his composure he quickly waved at him telling him via contract that it was nothing.

He then rubs the marten's head calming it down.

He was just shocked because of what Hentai told him after all signing and summoning monsters were two of his greatest ability.

It seems that its ability to turn into a leaf is a racial trait which is more effecient than any skills or ability.

Spiritual Gifted Beast: Increased Intelligence and spiritual energy and power.

Transform: Can turn to anyone or anything. Can be directly use to transform into simple things like a rock or a piece of leaf.

Restriction: Can only transform into things in a range of twice larger than her or twice smaller than her.

Restriction: The more complicated the figure chosen to turn into the more mental and spiritual energy needed.

The two traits were great and both traits suite each other so he decided to go on with Hentai's plan.

On the right side it was also the same composition of slimes.

There are 10 teams in the competition each team have the same team composition.

The ones in front of him was already the second battle of the day the battle is between the third team and the fifth team.

The first battle was between first team and tenth team.

First team won the battle with ease by just relying on two slimes.

The Golden Slime the one who lead him to this place and a Red Slime with a much brighter color than the rest.

From what Jelly told him the Golden Slime is the strongest of its kind not only jts defence is the toughest but its attacks were also 50% more powerful than regular Golden Slimes.

The Red Slime on the other hand was much more versatile compared to the others of its kind.

Its attacks were faster than regular Red Slime and the Mana usage of its skills were also lesser compared to the others and this do not affect the power of the skills whatsoever.

Back in the present the third team was fighting the fifth team and both team were equal.

When Shadowslash watch this he couldn't help but knit his brows.

He now understood why Jelly told him it would take some time for the competition to finish.

The two groups were exactly the same as the 10 groups were created by Jelly itself and when the 10 were created all of them were equal in strength so if the group in front of him did not manage to improve or change itself their battle would then take too long to end.

Realising this he told Jelly that he would be leaving and would return 10 days from now he then follows a Slime to get out.

His next destination is the Sanctuary since he wanted to once again watch the life of the monsters in there while also looking for any unique monsters on the way.

And if he is lucky he could encounter a capable adventurer or adventurer team as he also needs to recruit them to his group to operate the guild branches that he intends to create all over the continent if he could.
