While Luke didn't cause much damage because of the horse-face massive health pool, he could only take so many electric attacks on his head, so his brains eventually were friend up. It was quite the scene seeing someone emitting smoke through their ears... still, Luke grew used to watching nastiness in the last few months.

As if things weren't good enough, Luke also saw a green skill book dropping on the side of the corpse. A loot like that dropping after defeating an enemy like that, it was bound to be something amazing… and that didn't disappoint him.

Stamina Stealer

It grants you the power to passively steal the stamina of your enemies. The amount will be equal to the level of the skill.

Luke nodded to himself in satisfaction, but then he dashed toward the fortress of the horse-faced guy. He had to make sure that no more enemies would be spawned or any of those would try to escape. Must to his surprise, Luke didn't find anyone inside the fortress… at least until he found the red crystal. He walked five kilometers in a straight line, so he might have missed someone… Nevertheless, he destroyed the crystal without hesitation.

"I can feel it… the monsters that were spawned by this are disappearing," Shalia said.

"Hmm… I suppose I can't turn them into skeletons," Luke furrowed his eyebrows. "Nevertheless, that would take too long."

Luke returned to the battlefield only to see some massive fire tornadoes rampaging around the allies' armies. Something was off, and he could tell that it wasn't something good… It was basically the same spell Shalie used but several ranks above. Everything in a two hundred meters radius was pulled toward it. Luke wondered if that was some sort of trick to give the enemies the chance to escape now that they were at an utter disadvantage. Still, he didn't find any movements near the fortress.

"They are probably trying to scare those who are fighting by going all out," Shalia said. "They might have a bigger, but their champions are outnumbered."

"It makes sense… Nevertheless, I want to make sure that they won't escape, can't lose that reward again," Luke said. "Still, we have to protect Rina and most of her friends."

Luke dashed toward the nearest battlefield and then saw his friends being surrounded by hordes of arachnid warriors. Cresta was nowhere to be seen, but those guys were supposed to be with her fighting one of the overlords. Before Luke could ask what was going on, he saw a crater appear a few hundred meters northeast of the battlefield. Still, he didn't see anyone there or even dust being raised…. Luke frowned at the sight of that… as if that wasn't weird enough. An ice tower appeared out of nowhere as well and then instantly vanished.

"She is fighting a woman that can become invisible. For some reason, she can do that, too," Rina approached and explained.

"Can you sense her?" Luke asked.

"I can't sense either," Rina replied.

That was kind of amazing… an invisibility that granted them the power to hide even from those who had good senses like Rina. Luke wanted that skill, but it was clear that it was something beyond him. In any case, Luke decided to check the nearest battlefield, and he confirmed that the enemy was still waiting for the chance that their larger army would grant them. As for the last one, he was fighting Daaris and Iphi at the same time. Now and then, Luke could see some shockwaves spreading across the area and making dozens of monsters fly to the distance.

"Well then, let's use this chance to wipe out this army while Cresta keeps her busy," Luke said.

"Keep your guard down. Now and then, she targets us because of that."

Truth to be told, Luke wanted that and then used the chance to defeat another overlord. The level-ups that he gained by defeating them were too good to ignore, after all.

Rina buffed Luke's speed since his strength had increased tremendously since the last battle. Thanks to that, he became a tornado that beheaded the arachnid warriors with shocking precision and speed. Just Rina had alerted, when Luke began to stand out, an ice pillar suddenly appeared and almost crushed him, and yet, he had no idea from which direction the attack came from…

"Truly invisible…" Luke muttered.

Still, that didn't stop Luke from keeping attacking the monsters like a death machine and reviving them as skeletons. Most of them didn't last long, but they lasted longer than the enemies in front of Luke.

"How the hell can he swing an ax bigger than him fast like that?" Richter asked while furrowing his eyebrows.

"His strength is high enough for that, and his friend is helping with the speed…" the shadow replied. "You are getting behind, Richter. What are you going to do? The easiest answer is in front of you."

"Stop trying to put those dark thoughts in my head… that is why I don't like you," Richter said.

When Luke got tired of swinging the ax, and he saw some potions on the ground, he threw the weapon toward a group of enemies in an arc and beheaded them instantly. Although he never tried to use a big weapon like a boomerang, it worked perfectly and returned to his hands. However, in the next moment, a fire tornado appeared right above him and engulfed Luke. Those who were nearby tried to run away from it, but those who were too weak failed.

Despite the danger, Rina didn't move from her spot and kept pointing both of her arms toward the tornado. Thanks to that, the burn mark when he left the area were relatively small since she had buffed his RES.. However, his equipment melted a little, and Luke couldn't move all that much.
