Chapter 343: Visiting The Desolate Race Part 2

Kana snuggled up next to Creige as the carriage made its way down an old path towards the desolate clan. There was one more person with them, which was the Stone Hammer prime minister. He had to come as a show of respect. He was sitting to the side, staring out the window with a blank expression. One could tell he did not want to be there.

"Hmm? The carriage stopped…." The prime minister sat up and looked around.

"What's going on?" Kana asked, sitting up as well.

*Boom!*

Before anyone could even find out what was going on, the carriage suddenly exploded. Creige had already grabbed hold of Kana and teleported out of the blast zone, but the carriage driver and the prime minister were not so lucky. Creige looked at the crater that dropped a few meters deep and frowned. He knew whoever attacked just now was very powerful, but he could not sense where this person was, which caused him great alarm.

"Oh, you dodged?" A voice came from the other side of the dust and debris. As it all settled, it revealed a young woman in a red dress standing there smiling at the two.  "Hmm… What are you glaring at? It makes me want to smash your face in. Those eyes that I hate so much."

Kana frowned. She could tell the woman was talking to her and no Creige. "I do not understand what we did to you for you to be targeting us. But if it is a fight you want, I do not mind giving you one." Kana pulled away from Creige's embrace. Her purple hair fluttered in the air.  The ground under her feet began to crack and break away, floating next to her. Her arms and legs dragonized as she raised her head, her abyssal black eyes seemingly staring deep into the young woman in red's soul. This look alone made the women in red take a step back. But when she noticed this, the woman gritted her teeth in anger.  She was about to curse Kana, but before she could, she heard a world shaking roar.

*Roar!!!!!!*

Kana let out a roar from the depths of her soul. She was releasing all of her power for the first time. "Die!" With a single word, she shot forward, releasing a stream of flames at the young woman in red.

Shamile, who was watching the show from above the planet, mouth dropped open. "How!? Why does she have so much power when she has not even reached the level of demigod!? This doesn't make sense!? This fucking woman! Does she wish to defy me at every turn!? She must die! If she's this powerful now, what about later!?"

Back on Kana's side Kana swung out with her claws at the young woman in red. The young woman in red snorted and reached out with her delicate white hand and grabbed hold of Kana's hand. "You may have a lot of power for someone who is not even a demigod yet, but you are far from being able to take me on."

The next thing Kana knew, she was punched in the face causing her to go flying back. Kana felt her nose shatter and blood flow from her nose. "Damn it!" Kana yelled as she crashed into the ground and skidded for almost a full kilometer. Her body had dug a deep trench, taking out any trees in her path.

"Kana!" Creige teleported right to her and helped her up. "You're hurt."

"It's fine. I have had worse." Kana could remember having half her body blown apart by her masters. If not for their ability to heal, she would have died many times during her training. "But this woman is strong. Stronger than anything I have ever fought before."

"Mmm... She is stronger than the deities of the desolate clan. But I feel this is not her real body either. I can not sense her. It's more like a ball of energy." Creige had not been able to feel this woman's presence since she had shown up.

"Hmm? You are very perceptive, huh. You are right. This is not my true body but a clone that is using twenty percent of my strength. But even this clone is enough to run rampant on any more total world, and even the realm of gods would not be able to do anything to it." The young woman in red said as she appeared in front of them.

"Humph! [Shadow Dance]." Creige waved his hands, causing the surrounding shadows to rise from the ground and turn into figures with show swords in their hands. "[Dance]!"

On Creige's words, the shadow forms began attacking the young woman in red. But the woman in red only smiled and waved her hand, causing those shadows to disperse.  "Little boy, you will need to do better than that. In this world, you may be powerful, but this is still nothing compared to me."

"Heh. It seems you have no self awareness. Devour." Kana's words confused the young woman in red. But she soon found a bunch of black slime like monsters grabbing onto her.

"What is this!? What the hell are these things!?" The young woman in red roared. These black things were the darklings that were stored in the space inside Kana's mind. "Why can't I do anything to these things!? Wait, are they sucking out my energy!?"

Above the planet, Shamile's expression was not good. She had never seen any creatures like that before. "What are these things?"

"They are called Darklings, and they are not from the mortal realm but from the lands of ancient hell." A little girl's voice came from behind Shamile.

"You! You were the one who escaped!" Shamlie looked at the little girl with a bit of caution. For the little girl to sneak up on her, she would need to be stronger or on par with her in strength.

"Mmm, I am… but I am not here to catch up on things but to handle a bitch who wants to pick on my little sister."
