Chapter 309: Bloodbath Begins

Kana dragged Slay around everywhere the entire day. First to the showers, where she happily washed Slay's back for her. Then she dragged her out so she could have Slay 'teach' her swordplay. They ate together, worked out together, and finally, at the end of the day, Kana said her goodbyes before returning to her room.  But Slay's day was not over just yet. In her room, four girls stood there staring at her with their arms crossed across her chest. "Slay, what the hell is going on!? Why are you running around with that midget? You told us we need to gather intel on her and attack her from afar. Today you blocked the incoming attack while the girl was foolishly playing around with a bow. Are you betraying us!?"

Slay sighed and looked at the four girls who were exerting a little bit of killing intent towards her and bitterly smiled. 'It seems I was stressed over killing these girls for nothing. They are already on the verge of wanting to kill me for my actions today.'

Slay stood up, and a strong killing intent flowed out of her body directed at the four girls. "I said we would find out her weaknesses. Did you really think your stupid attack would have done anything? I actually saved your life today. That little girl already sensed you and would have used the bow she was playing with to kill you. Only an idiot attacks someone from a ranged  position when the other person has a ranged weapon."

The four girls shrank back. Slay took a step forward and drew her sword. "Let me remind you of one thing. Do not come into my room and direct your killing intent towards me, or I will end all of you. And then I will take the prize for myself."

"We..." The four girls immediately felt guilty. the killing intent they had directed at Slay disappeared, and they bowed their heads. "Sorry, Slay. We will follow your lead."

Slay sheathed her sword and nodded her head: "Mm… Then listen to me..." Slay began telling all kinds of lies to the girls and explaining things in such detail that the girls never took anything she said as a lie.

The next day Kana quickly ran over to Slay's room, opened it without caring if it was locked or not, and jumped on Slay's bed. "Elder Sister. Did you do it?"

Slay, who was sitting on the floor by the bed, sat there speechless as she looked at the little girl who was sitting on the bed next to her with a bright smile on her face. She really wondered if this was going to be her daily life from now on while she was here. She then glanced at the door that she knew she locked and then at the busted lock and wood chips on the ground and frowned. "I did! I did! But what about my door." For the first time in a long time, Slay pouted.

Kana turned and looked at the door and scratched her head. "Ummm…. Just stay in my room. We can move your bed in there. Until they can replace your door." Kana actually did feel a little bad, but she was excited to find out if Slay had instigated the girls to act.

Slay got up off the floor and stretched. "One of them will be attacking later. Just be prepared."

Kana did not have to wait long. One of the girls had come over just after they finished breakfast to invite Kana to go do some training in the forest, leaving Slay behind. The girl's name was Becky. She was a foreigner and was very good at close combat.

"So this plant here is very poisonous when you mix it with this plant right here." Becky was explaining different plants to Kana. Kana was smiling and nodding her head the entire time. She even bent over and exposed her back to Becky without a care in the world.

Everything was going as planned as Slay had told her, but one thing Slay did not know was the plan was slightly adjusted when the girls left Slay's room. They felt Slay's actions were still strange, so they decided to change the plan so that all of them would face the little girl at the same time.

Kana had no idea about this. Even though her defense and strength were off the charts, her senses were not, so she was not able to sense the other girls who concealed themselves. They were all trained to be assassins, so they knew how to conceal their presence.

Becky, with a flick of her hand, caused a long sharp thin blade to appear. She walked over to Kana, still explaining about the plant. At the same time, the other girls began to move one after the other with weapons drawn.

As Becky raised her hand and was about to stab it at Kana as the other girls began to rush over. Her hand froze mid air when she heard Kana speak: "Ganging up on a little girl… Do you not have any shame?"

Becky sneered as she yelled: "Fuck you, little bitch. If you want to talk about shame, talk to the one who told us to do this."

"Mm… I will after I rip your head off." Kana's eyes narrowed. She didn't understand what she did to deserve being called a bitch and cursed at.

Kana quickly launched herself backward towards Becky as Becky stabbed down at her and grabbed Becky's hands. She then pulled herself up, flipping her body around Becky's arms and up into the air over Becky's head. She then landed upside down in a handstand on top of Becky's head. Spinning her body three hundred and sixty degrees, she twisted Becky's head at the same time before letting go and pushing off, springing up into the air. She flipped her body around and landed back on Becky's shoulders, feet first. She then grabbed Becky's head and pulled as hard as she could.  A loud cracking and tearing sound was heard as the head was severed from the body, causing blood to spray all over Kana.  Kana jumped off the body and back onto the ground. Becky's headless body swayed before finally collapsing to the ground.

Becky felt no pain or even had time to close her eyes. Kana held Becky's head in her hands, looked at it, and frowned. "Next time, don't call people a bitch."
