The residents of the neighboring country of Qua-Toyne Papaladia Empire were shocked because the highest mountain on the Messer continent, the barrier between two countries was destroyed instantly, they also saw a giant figure resembling a dragon after a big explosion and disappeared without a trace.

Actually Satoru reduced its size to Normal instead of disappearing. Papaladia Empire they were wary of the Devil's Attack which they thought was destroying Mount Qua to dust.
