“Why do you walk around with your faces covered? Do you have something to hide?” asked Qian Jin Cai Yue, when she saw they both remained silent.

“Yes, we are in a difficult position and we can’t talk about it,” Lin Feng confirmed. He even changed his voice, or Qian Jin Cai Yue would have recognized him and their plan would have been ruined.

Qian Jin Cai Yue paled. It was the first time she had seen one of the Ancestors of the Five Cardinal Points or Overlords of the Four Cardinal Points, apart from her mother.

The old man wanted to see her mother; she couldn’t force him to leave, and she didn’t know what to say.

“Little girl, take this jade pendant, give it to your mother. When she sees it, she’ll let us see her,” said Godly Ancestor Tu Jin. He could see she felt awkward, so he gave her a jade pendant that would prove who he was. The jade pendant was dazzling, half a hand in size, with ancient words carved on it.
