'Wake me up when you go back to the residence,'

While Ajax and Edmond were shocked at Paulin's answer, Udo felt bored with their conversation and rested his back on the ground.

Udo was not a summoner much less an official one. So, he felt their talk was useless to him and relaxed without paying any attention to them.

As for Darbaurdr, he heard their words; however, his focus was mainly on their surroundings.

"Yes...it took me one hour to form an unofficial contract with Glacious,"

Seeing their shocked looks, Paulin once again gave his answer.

With Paulin's words, both Edmond and Ajax came out of their shock and Edmond immediately turned his head towards Ajax and asked, "Why are you shocked? Did you take more time or less time?"

That's right!

Even though both Ajax and Edmond were shocked by Paulin's words. Their reasons for being shocked were different.

Ajax was shocked because when he formed a contract with an elemental spirit whether it was an official one or an unofficial one, it took only a couple of minutes.

As for Edmond, according to what he knew regarding the contract time for an unofficial elemental spirit was minimum of two hours and maximum of three hours.

Nevertheless, Edmond was curious about Ajax's contract time. So, he asked for the unofficial contract time when he formed a contract with Slait.

"It was 30 minutes, I guess,"

Ajax didn't want to give a heart attack to Edmond and Paulin. So, he said 30 minutes.

"Oh"

Edmond revealed a smile when he heard Ajax's answer.

Paulin looked at Ajax with a surprised look on his face.

"Captain Edmond. Now it is your turn to explain the tip you gave,"

Ajax just wanted to divert their attention from his contract time to something else. So, he asked Edmond to explain the tip.

"Right. Generally, when you form a contract with an elemental spirit, it's better to form an unofficial contract with the elemental spirits until a summon reach the elite general realm because compared to the official spirits, the unofficial elemental spirits will take less time," Edmond stopped his explanation as he waited for some question from the other end.

"Now that I think of it, when I form an official contract with Azurius and Aqualis, it took me more than 5 hours; however, since I formed a contract with them at the same time, I didn't think much about it," Paulin nodded his head as he thought back to the time taken for forming an official contract with his latest elemental spirits.

"I was about to talk regarding that," Edmond looked at Ajax, who didn't have any question to ask him before saying, "Since both of them are twins and share a spirit connection with one another, it took almost the same time as that of a regular official contract."

"Let me give you even more detail regarding that," Edmond looked at Paulin's face which still looked a little puzzled and continued, "For an official contract with an elemental spirit, it will take 5-6 hours whereas, for an unofficial contract, it will only take 2-3 hours. Since you will be having only 10 hours of time whenever you enter the elemental spirit world, it's best to form more unofficial contracts with the elemental spirit. In that way, you will have more elemental spirits under you with various skills."

"So, once we reach the elite general realm, we just have to form two official contracts with the two elemental spirits," Ajax nodded his head as he understood what Edmond was trying to say.

Since they were still weaker, Captain Edmond suggests that having more elemental spirits would help a summoner in many situations.

"I might enter the elemental spirit world in the next couple of days. I will definitely follow your advice, Captain Edmond,"

Paulin had already reached the general realm with the help of his elemental spirits. So, he could enter the elemental spirit within a couple of days.

"However, let me tell you some of the disadvantages of my earlier advice," 

Just like every action, following his tip had its own disadvantages which Edmond wanted to explain to them before Paulin could enter the elemental spirit world.

"What are they, Captain Edmond,"

Ajax became a little more excited compared to Paulin because he was always curious about the elemental spirits and elemental spirit world.

As for Paulin, he waited for Edmond's explanation because Ajax had already said what he wanted to ask.

"If you can't fill all the official contracts with respect to your cultivation when you enter the elemental spirit world after reaching the elite general realm, it will be very difficult to enter the king realm. So, you better think about whether you can take that risk or not,"

Paulin felt a little wary after he heard Edmond's advantages and disadvantages of his advice.

In that, the disadvantages clearly outweigh the advantages and felt he needed to think a little more about Edmond's advice.

'I don't have anything to worry about it. For me, both official and unofficial elemental spirits are the same and it will take the same time for both of them. Moreover, I have already pre-contracted with a space elemental spirit and with his help, I can find more elemental spirits easily to form unofficial contracts with them,'

In the case of Ajax, his thinking was completely different from Paulin as Ajax didn't have to worry about the contract time. So, he maintained a relaxed look on his face.

Moreover, the elemental spirits that were powerful in Ajax's inner world were all unofficial elemental spirits only. So, Ajax didn't bother much about it.

"Actually, the disadvantage is not much,"

Soon, Edmond changed his own words making Paulin confused; however, Paulin didn't say anything as he listened to Edmond's words, "When you reach the elite general realm, the contract time will be lessened by 40-50 percent depending on the capacity of the spirit consciousness. So, try to increase your spirit consciousness's capacity and follow my advice."

"So, it depends on my spirit consciousness' capacity. Right now, I just crossed 10000 units of the essence of nature in spirit consciousness' capacity. So, what is the minimum spirit consciousness capacity?"

Paulin nodded his head as he said his current spirit consciousness and asked for the required spirit consciousness.

"By the time, you reach the elite general realm, try to maintain at least 25000 units for not having any problems," Edmond didn't think much before answering Pauli's question because it was not a tough question at all.

"Oh. So, that must be the reason for my abnormal strength and easy contracts with elemental spirits."

Ajax felt that must be the case for why his contract was smooth with the elemental spirits.

After hearing the conversation between Paulin and Captain Edmond, Ajax got a rough approximation about the spirit consciousness' capacity with the cultivation realms.

As for Paulin he was speechless with Edmond's words because getting to the 10000 units of spirit consciousness capacity was already a wonder for him and now he wants him to have 25000 units of spirit consciousness's capacity.

Paulin knows that a cultivator who had a solid foundation would get 1000 units of spirit consciousness's capacity with each minor realm breakthrough in their cultivation after reaching general realm adding with the increment that coms with the spirit cultivation technique.

So, reaching 25000 units of spirit consciousness' capacity was a very difficult thing for them.

"I know what you are thinking, Paulin. You used almost all the items that could increase the spirit consciousness' capacity; however, if you get selected by my vagrant cultivators, then you don't have to worry. Now, the decision is yours," Edmond gave some assurance to Paulin in increasing the spirit consciousness' capacity before looking at Ajax.

"As for you, I think, you don't have any more doubts," Edmond looked at Ajax as he asked him.
