Fu Huai'an peered at their exchange through the rearview mirror, and a sense of warmth washed over him.

It was Sunday, and the supermarket was packed with crowds of shoppers. This supermarket was especially crowded as their live produce was very fresh and many were willing to drive long distances to buy the fresh produce.

When they got out of the car, Fu Huai'an grabbed a baseball cap and snapped it on Lin Nuan's head.

Lin Nuan was taken aback, she looked at Fu Huai'an and paused for a moment before it finally dawned on her what his action meant.

Her program, "A Sunday Date", was airing currently and it was well-received. Lin Nuan was bound to be recognized on the streets, and it would be better if she donned a cap.

Lin Nuan wasn't alone now; she was with Tuan Tuan. If she was seen in public and a sudden surge of people started to crowd around her, they might hurt Tuan Tuan accidentally.

Lin Nuan positioned the cap and pulled out her ponytail from the back fastener, arranging the cap neatly before getting out of the car.

At the entrance of the supermarket, Fu Huai'an took a cart and pushed it over. Lin Nuan carried Tuan Tuan and heaved him into the cart.

He placed his hands on the handle of the cart and raised his head to look at his papa, who was towering over him and turned to look at mama, who was standing next to his papa. His heart was bursting with contentment.

Tuan Tuan thought to himself that he would add his papa into his drawing when he went home later.

Fu Huai'an pushed the cart and walked next to Lin Nuan as they discussed what they were going to eat for lunch later and what groceries they needed to get.

It was an adorable sight as Tuan Tuan sat inside the cart, swinging his pudgy legs.

Probably because Lin Nuan was with him, Tuan Tuan became more daring than usual. He pointed bravely at the snacks that his papa had forbidden him from eating before and declared loudly, "Mama, I want to eat that!"

Mama would then go through the selection of snacks carefully before placing what he wanted to eat into the cart.

Even when his papa objected and said, "Tuan Tuan, you can't eat that, you are too chubby!"

Mama would defend him and said, "Nonsense! Tuan Tuan's not chubby at all, his size is just right, he's adorable!"

Tuan Tuan was elated. Not only did his mama buy him delicious snacks, but she also said that he was adorable. She whispered gently to him that he shouldn't eat too many snacks at one time, unlike his papa, who only knew how to reprimand him.

Fu Huai'an's family easily became the center of attention.

The child was fair, cute, and chubby.

The father was tall with deep-set features and exuded a mature, masculine, and charming aura.

Even though the mother wore a cap, one could tell that she had a graceful figure and her delicate features could be seen underneath the cap.

Tuan Tuan had seen people eating instant noodles on television, but he had never tried it before. His papa had forbidden it as he said that there were too many preservatives in instant noodles, and it was also a high-calorie food choice.

Today, Tuan Tuan mustered all his courage and tugged at Lin Nuan's sleeve. Before he could utter his request to try instant noodles, a bright, childish voice could be heard shouting, "Tuan Tuan! Fu Tuan Tuan!"

Still hanging onto Lin Nuan's sleeve, Tuan Tuan turned his head… and saw a pretty lady carrying a child at her hip with only one hand. The child had a bowl cut and was wearing a blue sweatshirt, denim overalls, and white sneakers. He was waving his hands vigorously in Tuan Tuan's direction.

The child had gauze plastered on his chin; he must have injured himself.

"You know him?" Fu Huai'an lowered his head and asked Tuan Tuan, who was still sitting obediently in the cart.

Tuan Tuan nodded and said, "Kindergarten…"

Lin Nuan understood that Tuan Tuan meant that the boy was his classmate from kindergarten.

The child got down from the pretty lady's grasp, tugged her fingers, and dragged her along as he ran towards Tuan Tuan and his family.
