Chapter 587 - Lilith - Our Wedding

Watching the surprise within Arsene's eyes, my lips rose to my eyes. Enjoying the look and curiosity, I chuckled. Ever since I learned of Freya's encounter with Yael, I knew it would be a problem for the founders if they sided with us too blatantly. This was a bit of a hole in the plan I saw and changed while Sene was unconscious.

The angels may not have allies here, but that didn't mean teaming up with Nox was not an issue, now and again. Sera had a plan for us in the Holy Swords. If she killed the Chosen, that might be problematic for Sene and me.

Wrapped in the Aura of the Arbiters of Fate, Gaius Winterblack bore a smile as he gazed upon Arsene. Filled with tears, a wave of laughter resounded from his lips. Stirring the hearts of everyone present, the faces of the Founders grew dark.

"Talos," Said Gaius coldly, narrowing his eyes, which twinkled like a dwarf star. He smiled, "How nice it is to see you once again. Same to you, Aiza. It's always nice to see the child I once helped raise. Still a cutthroat bitch, I see."

Turning a deep shade darker, Aiza sneered, "You were a means to an end." She acknowledged, drawing a thin sword from her spiral ring. "And now you are going to die."

"I was sure it was your doing. I became your enemy. " He added, to my surprise. Somewhat interested in this little history, Father nudged my shoulder with his.

"Let me take you up to be married. Everything is set; just let it happen." He explained gently as the sounds of music reached my ears. Filling me with a melody of tenderness, I nodded and laid my eye upon Sene.

Walking over the red water that held Casia beneath my feet, I gracefully continued forward with Father in my arm and allowed the water to touch upon my dress. Letting the blood water soon began to stretch over my dress, filling it with a scarlet pigment."

I relished in the sweet symphony of music. My heart pounded against my chest as howls and screams all began to sound. Holding me tighter, the echoes of battle all thundered away, yet the music crafted by the Seven in Mask all seemed to mesmerize my heart.

It was as if the sounds of war only seemed to enhance their craft. Creating an image of blood and death, yet as my eyes remained locked on Sene, all that chaos seemed to fade away, leaving only him.

I could hear Yael's cries, Baphomets' depraved laughter, Azeroth's insane bloodlust, and Sera's vengeful judgment. Around them was nothing but chaos as blood once more began to rain over the land. Staining my dress full red, I looked up at the pillar where Arsene resided.

Taking a step up alongside Asmodeus, the devils, angels, and humans waged war as blood cascaded down my skin as the blood from those within the bed of chaos began to fall. Yet I did not stop till I was before Arsene staring him in the eye.

"Did you miss me?" He softly jeered as Asmodeus handed me off.

"Good Luck. You're going to need it. She is crazy as Hell!" he warned as I shot him a deadly eye before he fired up into the raging battle in the air.

Pursing my lips, I turned to Tang Feng, whose expression was both bitter and happy as he gazed on with the chaos above and then back at me. He clapped his hands as a small fountain arose to my waist between Sene and me.

"NOOO!!!!!" Sulton roared as he dug his blade through some strange-looking man. I could only assume Gaius summoned. HE cried, tearing the stranger's body into pieces and charging towards us without a care in the world. Yet as he did, Tien Wang and Yu Lan both appeared blocking his path.

"We lost," Said Tien wang holding back the grief as his shoulder shivered. "Let it go."

"He fooled my Granddaughter! Do you know what type of state she is in? That cursed video played before every member of nobility in your land. She was screaming his name, begging, she... she will kill herself for sure! My god! Wang! Surely you understand! He needs to die!"

"He makes it sound like I have some disease." Sene lightly blamed, "Mimir, you help, and be ready to go after Aiza. We need her heavily injured. Your a realm lower, but it should not matter with help."

Withdrawing from sight, the world fell silent as Sene's eyes grew soft and warm. Taking hold of my hand, over the fountain, Grandfather spoke, "Gathered By Heaven And Earth," He said, till his voice faded from my ear, leaving only the phantom thumping of Sene's heart.

I still held his spear, but I could still hear his heart beating within his chest. Falling into a trance, his lips slithered up into a grin, and he slowly lifted the veil from my face.

Remembering the first time he told me he loved me when he gazed upon me for the first time, my cheeks turned a bit red as I wished to lower my face somewhat embarrassed. Yet, for some reason, I could not. Lost in his smoldering eyes, I stayed still.

"Vancurro?" He suddenly called, allowing the music to reach my ears once more. The man beamed by his side, pulling out two small rings; he approached both of us, handing them off, the rings that hummed with abyssal qi. They were obsidian in color, carved in scarlet Abyssal Runes. While a cute ruby red diamond that held a small nebula cluster within one sparkled.

Holding that ring in his hand, Sene smiled and shot his best friend a heavy stare returning his eyes to me; he placed it on my finger, causing my legs to wain. Struggling to stand from pure joy, I placed Arsene's ring on him, which was almost a match to mine but without a gem on his ring.

Our fingers interlocked as we held each other's hands; When grandfather shook me out of my trance, "You two are not listening, are you? Just walk around Heaven and Earth seven times... that is the fountain if you were not listening."

Blushing a bit, we smiled and nodded simultaneously. Holding each other tightly, Arsene and I twirled around the Fountain as Yin and Yang, till a pulse raced through the rings on our finger.

"You may kiss the Bride,"
