Chapter 53 - Watanabe Haruhi

(WATANABE HARUHI POV)

Everything was done, the boy already knew the truth. I don't have to pretend to be nice to him anymore. But I'm willing, even though this way I will be kicked back by my father.​​

Gil just smiled casually, responding to his brother Vin's panic.

The prince of Fotia, Felius, suddenly came between Gil and Vin. Somehow Felius can enter this Gefroren City. In fact, this City is already shrouded in a magic mist.

Without saying much, Felius immediately force-fed Gil's mouth with a blackish red fruit. The fruit is the size of an onion.

Felius's action of stuffing the fruit into Gil's mouth was so fast that it took Gil by surprise and forced to swallow the fruit.

Vin acted quickly and charged towards Felius. However, unfortunately Felius had fled before Vin's attack hit him.

"Cough! Cough!" Gil choked and coughed loudly.

Vin immediately approached and created a cup of water in his hand. Vin gives Gil a drink and checks on his brother.

"What's wrong, Brother Gil? Do you feel pain somewhere? Say it!" Vin asked, panicked. He looked at Gil with a worried look.

After drinking the holy water given by Vin, Gil continues to feel good. He doesn't have a cough anymore.

Gil smiled at Vin who looked worried. Gil patted Vin on the shoulder.

"Calm down, Little Brother! I'm fine right now. So, don't worry!" Gil spoke, softly.

"Actually, what did Felius give you earlier, Brother Gil?" Vin asked, curious.

Gil shook his head.

"I don't know myself either, Vin. But, I hope it's not poison or anything."

"If you experience something strange to yourself, tell me immediately, Brother Gil! If it's poison, I will immediately find an antidote," said Vin, so seriously. He was really worried about his brother at the moment.

Hearing Vin's words, Gil smiled again.

"Okay, Little Brother! I'll tell you if I get sick."

They were silent for a moment. After that, Vin suddenly hugged Gil's stomach. Vin even cried while hugging his brother's body. He was very afraid that what Prince Felius had given him turned out to be poison.

Gil returned his sister's hug. He patted Vin on the back a few times, trying to calm him down.

"Calm down, Little Brother! I'm fine now! So, don't cry anymore, okay?" Gil said to the brother he loved very much.

Vin just shook his head weakly. He hugged his brother tighter and tighter.

In the end, Gil let Vin cry in his chest while continuing to hug Gil's stomach.

Gil smiled at his little brother's behavior.
