Chapter 38 - Illusion Cave

"Feu'er! How dare you betray us!" said the Mermaid Queen, loudly. She felt fooled right now.

"Hahaha... you think I'm only here for a silly game like this, huh?" said King Feu'er, pouting his lips. It seems that King Feu'er had an ulterior motive for coming to this Mermaid Island.

Vin Greyrat hadn't risen either. Vin was still in pain from Felius' attack just now. Vin's body curled up on the ground.

"Hahaha, I am indeed a daredevil." Sifeng spoke. He smiled faintly, which made King Feu'er even angrier.

King Feu'er was now strangling Sifeng's neck, so tightly with only one left hand. However, the grip of this Feu'er King was so tight that it deprived Sifeng's brain of oxygen.

Sifeng tried to keep his ragged breaths under control. Sifeng's hand groped on the ground. Sifeng took a handful of sand and splashed it right into King Feu'er's eyes.

"Damn you, Mortals!" King Feu'er retreated, his eyes sore from the sand that Sifeng threw earlier.

While King Feu'er was still complaining that his eyes were sore, Sifeng took this opportunity and ran towards Vin.

"Let's get out of here, Vin!" take Sifeng. Sifeng helped Vin to stand up.

King Feu'er gave his sons a signal to combine their spiritual powers. King Feu'er, Zarius and Felius are now combining their powers and getting ready to attack Vin.

Sifeng, who realized the danger, immediately took Vin into Sifeng's arms. They had their backs to King Feu'er and the others.

Vin wanted to try to help, but Vin's body still couldn't move. Vin then passed out in Sifeng's arms.

Sifeng was still defending Vin from the attacks of the Gods who controlled the fire element's power. Sifeng used his body as a shield.

Suddenly the bodies of King Feu'er, Zarius and Felius were blown away.

Well, help has arrived. A cloud of purple mist had now come to the Illusory Cave. The arrival of the purple mist was followed by Gil and the others.

The purple mist attacked King Feu'er and his two sons mercilessly.

Realizing the Lord's arrival, King Feu'er finally gave in and disappeared from the Illusory Cave. Of course followed by his two sons, Prince Zarius and Prince Felius.

Gil approached Vin, followed by Yushen. Gil moved Vin's head from Sifeng's arms, to his lap.

Sifeng just smiled in response. After that, Sifeng's body now fell into Yushen's arms.

"It's just a dream, isn't it, Yushen? I was playing a game, and now I'm game over."

Sifeng's voice weakened. Sifeng's body convulsed in pain, before finally Sifeng's hands and head drooped weakly, still in Yushen's lap.

Well, Sifeng lost consciousness.

"Zhang Sifeng! A-Feng! Xiao Feng! Wake up, please!" Yushen shouted while patting Sifeng on the cheek.

Zhang Sifeng saw Vin's innocent face. Really, Vin is very beautiful. This was the first time Sifeng had seen a man with such a beautiful appearance as Vin.

Vin smiled at Sifeng. Well, it's as if Vin is giving Sifeng strength. Strength to withstand attacks from behind Sifeng. Sifeng felt that his whole body was in so much pain.
