Chapter 37 - Betrayal (2)

Princess Sharon and Yushen are now joined by Gil and the others. They gathered at the border of the Mermaid Land and the Bottomless Black Sea.

They welcomed the arrival of the King of the Land of Fotia and his army, who of course had no good intentions.

Now these two camps have been faced with a distance of only a dozen meters.

"What do you want, Feuer?" said the Mermaid Queen curtly at the king who ruled the Fotia Country, King Feuer.

Then, Vin closed the door earlier by bending the ring finger that was pointing earlier. The door earlier, now turned into a marble wall again. Same as before.

They paused for a moment to catch their breaths that were gasping for air.

However, they did not expect that in this Illusory Cave they were not the only ones in this hidden place.

"Hahaha... it's nice to see you again, Prince Vincent Greyrat."

A voice startled Vin and Sifeng. They looked back at the same time.

"Felius? You! How did you get here, huh?" Vin snapped at the man Gil's age. Felius was the second son of the King of Fotia.

"Hahaha ... you don't realize it, Prince? I've been following you guys for a long time. I used a 'busting move', so you don't notice my existence," said Felius.

Felius smiled faintly, he felt he had won. In this way, Felius felt that he would be praised more than his first brother, because Felius had managed to find Vincent Greyrat. A God who was protected the most by the Greyrat Clan.

King Feuer challenged Gilbert Greyrat to face his first son, Prince Zarius of the Schneider clan, the ruling clan in the Fotia Country.

Zhang Yushen felt belittled, hearing Prince Zarius' words earlier. Yushen took a few steps forward.

"Are you afraid, Prince? You think I can't face a loser god like you, huh? Zazarriusseu isn't your name?" said Yushen, deliberately pronouncing the prince's name incorrectly. Don't forget the sexy grin that always graced Zhang Yushen's lips.

Zhang Yushen felt even more belittled.

"Are you scared, huh? I'm perfectly capable of dealing with a loser god like you!"

Prince Zarius was getting angrier. He accepted the challenge.

The Mermaid Queen tried to negotiate.

"But, we have a condition. You must compete manly. No one is allowed to use spiritual power. If the Zarius Pageant wins, we will grant one of your wishes. However, if this mortal wins, Prince Zarius must become our servant for a while moon," explained the Mermaid Queen, the grandmother of Gil, Vin and Princess Sharon.

"Wow, what an interesting offer." King Feu'er responded. He smiled triumphantly. He can ask for Vin Greyrat as a reward later, if they win. King Feu'er was eager to absorb the energy from Lord Jack's youngest son.

The fight begins.

They only carried ordinary swords. Prince Zarius attacked first, was parried easily by Zhang Yushen.

Yushen twisted Zarius' left hand back, and placed his sword right on the neck of the Prince of the Fotia Country.

Zarius then nudged Yushen in the stomach so hard that Yushen fell backwards.

Now, neither of them carry a sword. They fight like two tough guys.

Yushen punched Zarius in the face, many times.

Zarius was unable to reply. So far, Zarius has never fought physically. Normally, Zarius would always use his spiritual power to fight with opponents. So, fighting like this, was a new experience for Prince Zarius.

"Come on, Yushen! Quickly defeat that arrogant prince! Don't want to lose, Yushen!" Princess Sharon shouted, clapping her hands to cheer Yushen up. Has this beautiful mermaid been lulled by Zhang Yushen's charm?

"Come on, Yushen! I'm here to support you!!" Princess Sharon shouted back, which made the Mermaid Queen, Queen Eliz and Gil suddenly turn to Princess Sharon.

They all looked at Princess Sharon with suspicious eyes. How could the princess change this much? Wasn't it just this morning that Princess Sharon told Gil that she hated the Mortals that came to the Mermaid Palace?

Princess Sharon who realized that all her family's eyes were now turning to her, immediately covered her face, embarrassed.

"My husband will not forgive you, Feu'er!" cried Queen Eliz, annoyed. At a time like this, she hoped that Lord Jack would soon come to their aid. However, Queen Eliz doesn't know that Lord Jack is currently facing a traitor in the Heavenly Palace.

"Wow... I'm so scared. Hahaha... sadly your husband is still busy dealing with Rufus' rebellion. There's no way Jack would come here that fast." King Feu'er said with a grin, so terrifying.

All eyes bulged hearing King Feu'er's words earlier. So, King Feu'er was also the one behind the rebellion that occurred in the Black God Mountain?

"Come on, My Son! We immediately bring Vin Greyrat, the Greyrat clan is proud of!" take King Feu'er to his eldest son.

Prince Zarius followed his father's footsteps behind him, while rubbing Zarius's lip which was torn from Yushen's punch earlier.

"Feu'er!! Please don't hurt my son ...." Queen Eliz pleaded in tears.

However, King Feu'er did not listen.
