525 Reusable Teleportation Stone

It was a quadrilateral purple treasure chest, completely blocking off the pathway ahead. It was indeed a large treasure chest.

Li Yi ran over. Sister Windcloud Nine was not a Thief nor did she have a Universal Key. It was up to him to open the treasure chest.

Ka-chak!

After a brief, crisp sound, the Universal Key in Li Yi's hand disappeared, and the purple treasure chest opened wide.

[You've obtained 3 x Reusable Teleportation Stone.]

[You've obtained 50 x Diamond Star Tears.]

The treasure chest was emptied...

...

While the purple treasure chest was huge, it did not hold many items, containing only 3 Reusable Teleportation Stone and 50 Diamond Star Tears.

"Reusable Teleportation Stone..." Li Yi was gobsmacked.

In King of Pantheon, apart from equipment, the most valuable tools were perhaps any items related to Teleportation — Teleportation Talisman, Teleportation Stone, Teleportation Scroll, etc., and this Reusable Teleportation Stone was one of them.

Reusable Teleportation Stone was extremely rare and only a handful of people were in possession of such an item in the past life. Li Yi recalled that the prize for the champion of the fourth arena finals was this stone.

There was no limit to its usage. Similar to Return City Stone's infinite use, Reusable Teleportation Stone was highly useful, the owner could freely select two locations and use the stone to teleport back and forth between them.

It was not restricted to just within the region, Reusable Teleportation Stone could be freely used at any location in the four continents (it could only teleport out of dungeons but not vice versa).

Noticing Li Yi's blank expression, Sister Windcloud asked, "Are these items worth something?"

"They aren't worth much but they're useful..." Li Yi explained the function of Reusable Teleportation Stone to Sister Windcloud Nine, prompting loud exclamation from the latter in response.

"If I have this Teleportation Stone and set a coordinate in my major city with the other coordinate in Invincible Continent, I would be able to teleport between these two points endlessly?"

"Of course!"

Sister Windcloud Nine's eyes lit up. She extended her arms towards Li Yi, "I want one."

Li Yi handed one Reusable Teleportation Stone to her.

"What about Diamond Star Tears? What's the use?"

"It can be used to refine potions, weapons, scrolls, etc..."

"I want 10!" Sister Windcloud Nine extended her arms out again.

"I'll give you 30," Li Yi was direct and traded them to Sister Windcloud Nine.

Li Yi stored the two of Reusable Teleportation Stone and the remaining Diamond Star Tears. The two leaped over the purple treasure chest and a long road lay before them.

Still no monsters in sight, they arrived at the end of the road unimpeded.

There was no road ahead.

Li Yi shook his head, "We've basically covered the entire fifth floor. A long road that leads to a dead end. How strange."

Sister Windcloud Nine pursed her lips, seemingly immersed in her thoughts. She was deep in thought for a long time without speaking. Li Yi found it odd and asked, "What are you thinking?"

"No-Nothing," Sister Windcloud Nine was blushing again.

A scene flashed in Sister Windcloud Nine's mind — Li Yi was rubbing his palms as he closed in on her with a malignant smile...

Sister Windcloud Nine shuddered at that thought and cried out, "No!"

"What's wrong?" Li Yi was puzzled.

"No-Nothing," Sister Windcloud Nine lowered her head. She was red from her head to her neck.

Li Yi used his Purple Broadsword to tap the surrounding walls but came up empty.

"Let's head out."

Li Yi had lost his patience.

Sister Windcloud Nine waved her arm, "I'm going offline, bye."

Li Yi returned to the third floor and removed all his equipment to store them in Space Pearl. He then ran towards the Stone Guardians to commit suicide in order to exit the Altar.

He was at the level cap so he would not lose any levels from dying. With all his equipment stored away, he had nothing to lose.

Li Yi Temple Respawned outside the Tuhr Altar.

Putting on his equipment, Li Yi activated God Mode to fly to the Tuhr Village. He was in a hurry to leave because he was worried about Onyxia. The restless Black Dragon always had him on tenterhooks.

Fortunately, when Li Yi arrived at the Tuhr Village, he found Onyxia had remained docile, not causing a scene.

Ardahan led his fellow Tuhr Heroes out and had yet to return. Li Yi was not in the mood to wait, so he ordered the Black Dragon Princess to transform back to her original form and began Rapid Flying to leave the area.

His destination, the snow peak from before!

Although he left in the rush the last time, Li Yi had not forgotten the route to its coordinates.

Li Yi owned many pets, he had land-based ones, water-based ones, DEF types, ATK types, even a special type. However, so far, he did not have any flying pets.

Li Yi was interested in the snow eagle Brother Simon and his men had attacked. His goal was to capture that snow eagle as a pet.

Onyxia had not recovered her HP, resulting in her current obedient and docile state. No matter what instructions Li Yi gave to her, she followed through without a hint of resistance.

...

The fifth floor of the Tuhr Altar.

"Mr. Ulumuchi, Mr. Ulumuchi, are you still here?"

Sister Windcloud Nine was shouting in the regional channel.

Li Yi had left when Sister Windcloud Nine logged off. However, she had remembered something soon afterwards and went back online. She had a question for Li Yi and did not know that he had already left the place by death.

"Looks like I'll have to ask him next time."

Sister Windcloud Nine called out his name a few times but was responded with silence. She had no choice but to log out again.

Log off failed!

Sister Windcloud Nine was at a loss for words and turned back to look. A shiny Tuhr Sacred Sword was slashing towards her.

Swoosh—

Her long robe was ripped across, revealing her fair skin beneath. It was that perverted sword again...

Sister Windcloud Nine let out a shriek before making a run for it. She was like a headless chicken in such a situation and ran towards the dead end.

With the Tuhr Sacred Sword hot on her tail, Sister Windcloud Nine pressed her body against the wall like a lamb for the slaughterer.

Swoosh — Swoosh —

The Tuhr Sacred Sword drew two slashes and a crisscrossed Blade Aura rushed towards Sister Windcloud Nine.

The crisscrossed Blade Aura was about to hit her when Sister Windcloud Nine's body went limp and she dropped to the ground, coincidently saving her from the blow.

Pft! Pft!

The crisscrossed Blade Aura struck the wall. Kaboom! The walls crumbled backwards, revealing a hidden pathway...

...

North Pole Continent, on a nameless snow peak.

Li Yi frowned as he looked on dejectedly at the only remaining eagle nest on the blanketed top of snow peak.

It had been a few days, but the snow eagle had yet to respawn.

Had he come in vain?

Li Yi took out the Reusable Teleportation Stone and set a coordinate. This way, he could return here at any time.

Li Yi went on his way, mounting Onyxia to take flight in North Pole Continent. His current objective was to look for Emperor Lan.

He had to purchase more Random Teleportation Scrolls. Of course, if he were to establish a common ground with Emperor Lan and with a stroke of good luck, the latter might even sell another Random Teleportation Stone to him. That would be hitting the jackpot!

However, reality, unlike flights of fantasy was cruel. Li Yi flew the whole day around the skies of North Pole Continent yet found no trace of Emperor Lan.

A rare NPC would not be named so if they could be found easily.

Emperor Lan's abilities were close to god-like, making him untraceable using the Divine Looking Glass. Li Yi had to resort to the extremely primitive method of scouring the map inch by inch.

He roamed around for almost a whole day with no result. It was while he was hanging around the borders of North Pole Continent that he used his Return City Stone to return to the Invincible Continent's Celestial Capital.

Li Yi set the other coordinate point of the Reusable Teleportation Stone in the Invincible Continent's Celestial Capital. This way, he could return to his homeland no matter where he ended up.

Only one Reusable Teleportation Stone could be used at a time. If a person carried two Reusable Teleportation Stones, the extra stone would automatically gray out, indicating its unavailability of use.

Although the Reusable Teleportation Stone was valuable, Li Yi was not short of funds and had no intention of selling it. He was thinking who he could gift the stone to.

Jiaojiao did not need it. She was a Queen and could return to the country at any time.

Missus Little Elf? Fire Ice? Or perhaps...

Li Yi had his head down for a long time yet could not decide.

Li Yi Teleported to the Auction House in the Celestial Capital. With more Diamond Star Tears at hand, he could improve his Apothecary level to Epic level.

Aside from Diamond Star Tears, the remaining materials to refine Mana Spring were common. Li Yi spent 300 Gold Coins to purchase a huge pile.

He immediately used the materials to begin refining. Li Yi did not bother to return home as he refined Mana Spring right in the Auction House.

With both his hands shimmering in a red glow, incoming players watched with dilated pupils. The number of red lights represented the skill level. An Apothecarist such as Li Yi with a ball of red glow enveloping his hands signified his high level.

"Wow, he must be an Illustrious Grand Master!"

"I don't think so, high-level Apothecarists are hard to find. I think he's a Grand Master at most."

With the discussion elicited around him, it was fortunate that Li Yi had assumed an ordinary face with Trickery Ring. If people were to recognize that he was Dark Wing, he would not be able to refine potions here.

After the consumption of 20 Diamond Star Tears, a ring of red light burst out of Li Yi violently. His Apothecary level had risen.

Epic-level Apothecary Master!

All refined potions were now upgraded significantly. Additionally, the ever-so-useless skill, Life Blood received a certain boost. It still was not of value, but its effect was better than before...

Ignoring the envious glances from surrounding players, Li Yi teleported back to Shattered Frost City.

Onyxia had flown back and was awaiting outside Shattered Frost City, following his orders.

"Bp! Bp!"

Li Yi drew his bow to fire two arrows at Onyxia.

Now that Li Yi has mastered Dark Curse, he was itching to get on with Onyxia being his Mount Emblem.

"What are you doing, mortal!" Onyxia glared at Li Yi angrily.
