"Orders from the captain, defeat the monster that's attacking the city!"

Countless NPC soldiers appeared, and they completely surrounded the Giant Metal Scorpion as they laid siege onto the monster.

"All civilians, please retreat. Shattered Frost City initiating Level 1 Defense Modules. We'll kill anyone who gets in our way!"

Shattered Frost City had a total of approximately 1000 NPC soldiers who were all elites. Their highest level achieved was Level 60. So it was a no-brainer that utilizing them to defeat the Giant Metal Scorpion was a piece of cake.

Countless players had already rushed over to check out the situation. Before the NPC soldiers even managed to cordon them off, the Giant Metal Scorpion started to vibrate its body, releasing a green poison mist.

Nearly half of the NPC soldiers were immediately knocked out while all the players who were watching for fun died on the spot.

Li Yi's guess was on point because the quest that Little Elf from the Magical Realm had requested for help with was precisely the Epic-Level Class Quest.

Yet she was much luckier than Li Yi as the Sky Vagabond's Epic-Level Class Quest only required them to complete 10 Pantheon Hall of Fame records in order to proceed. Then coincidentally, after she defeated Shakra earlier, she had exactly 10 Pantheon Hall of Fame records.

However, she was completely stumped by the next part of the quest. The quest required her to kill the guard of the Holy Wind Palace, the Superior Wind Elf Felina. Although she had attempted it a few times, it had all ended in her death.

The kill quest allowed players to seek external help, but it was only limited to 1 person. So, Little Elf from the Magical Elf decided to ask Li Yi for help.

The Superior Wind Elf Felina's power was something Li Yi had experienced first hand in his past life since the Cyclone Thief's Epic-Level Class Quest had also required him to defeat her.

This quest would scale based on the player's level so even if the player tried to increase their own level Felina's level would also follow suit. This boss was quite insane because as the level went higher, it became even more difficult.

The best bet for defeating this Superior Wind Elf Felina was to do it now when one was still at a low-level. Otherwise, when the level gets too high, it would be increasingly more difficult to defeat her.

In his past life, Li Yi had challenged her a few times when he was at Level 100 but he had failed miserably in the end. Facing them was one single enemy – the Superior Wind Elf Felina. As long as you could defeat her, the quest would be complete.

The Superior Wind Elf Felina had the average of the two's levels. She had 5000000+ HP, and used Group Wind Spells to inflict a wide variety of status effects like freeze, stun, slow, and other troublesome effects.

"You can let the dog's out now."

"Oh, so you weren't after me, but rather my dogs?"

Li Yi joked as he summoned Violent Bear King out onto the field.

The two fell to the ground, and their HP instantly reduced by half.

Meanwhile, Violent Bear King was still steadily dealing out damage. Having it at the frontlines to soak up the majority of the damage, Li Yi and Little Elf from the Magical Realm's lives were made much easier.

Felina's attack speed was quite high. As it was the specialty of Wind-type spells, it was also the reason as to why Little Elf from the Magical Realm had repeatedly failed this quest.

Li Yi continued to shoot as he ran. To distance himself from Little Elf from the Magical Realm, he ran behind Felina to deal damage.

A player's weak point was their backs. More importantly, some bosses also had weak points situated at a similar spot and Felina was one of those bosses.

In his past life as a Cyclone Thief, Li Yi was specialized in backstabbing. When Felina's HP dropped by 90%, if it was not for her going Berserk at the end, he would have completed the quest.

When battling Felina, a player could not afford to let the battle drag on. This was due to the fact that every time she uses a Wind-type Spell, she would give herself a Wind Rage buff with the effect of a 1% damage increase for all Wind-type Spells and a 1% damage reduction to her. Eventually, this buff could be stacked infinitely. It did not seem much at first, but once she built up a hundred layers buff, the player could literally deal no damage to her.

Without this Wind Rage buff, this would have been a piece of cake if it was based on Little Elf from the Magical Realm's technical skills.

Rapidly firing and popping Intermediate-level Fury Potions, since Li Yi decided to help, he might as well go all out with it. Targeting Felina's back, he repeatedly fired attacks at her, causing her HP to drop rapidly.

As her HP dropped from 5,000,000 to 2,000,000, Felina's Wind Rage had already been stacked around 40 times. The Wind-type Spell damage increase by 40% was no big deal because, at this point, Little Elf from the Magical Realm still had plenty of healing juice; the increase was not concerning at all.

The concerning part of it was the 40% damage reduction. It felt so ball-busting! As the HP was dropped slower and slower, the situation did not look so good.

"Violent Bear's Protection!"

As soon as the cooldown ended, Li Yi immediately used Violent Bear's Protection to increase his DPS. This goes to show that if it was not for this overpowered pet skill, defeating Felina was nearly an impossible task.

The final reward for the Epic-Level Class Quest was enough to drive anyone crazy, but conversely, every quest's difficulty was similarly difficult.

Felina's HP continued to fall. When she was at around 100,000 HP, the Wind Rage buffs had already stacked to a total of 95 times.
