"How do you know my name?" a sweet voice asked. Her voice was like music to his ears. NO! Get a hold of yourself man!

Linri was having trouble processing information right now. This was not how it should have happened. They shouldn't have met before 'The Game' event. Linri did not even know that she would be present for the opening ceremony.

"I asked you a question" Elizabeth's sweet dream-like voice questioned him once again. Her voice was coming from somewhere else this time. She was moving around him as she spoke like mythical forest sprite.

"H-hi, I am Linri" God! He just fucking bit his tongue. Why did he have to stutter there? Linri felt his heart. It was beating furiously almost as if it was ready to jump out of his body. His face was getting hotter and hotter. Even his eyes started to tear up. He had to leave right now! He didn't want to meet with her in here. If possible he didn't want to meet with her ever again!

Linri turned around to leave. He wanted to run away but he didn't want to run away at the same time. His stomach was feeling weird and his palms were sweaty. He was feeling extremely uncomfortable.

"I can really see you..." When he said that Linri sounded defeated. He was having this feeling, like thousands of ants were crawling all over his body.

Elizabeth did not believe him and kept moving around but Linri kept following her movements with his eyes. Eventually, she let out a yelp and hide behind the tree Linri just crashed into. She dispelled her invisibility and slowly peeked out. She stopped when she could see him with the corner of her eye.

Oh my god, she was so cute! It was like seeing a koala hugging a tree.

Elizabeth was looking at Linri behind the tree observing him. He was weird, one second he was looking at her and in the next second, he started slapping himself. He could also see her which shouldn't be possible but he could not be faking it. He just clearly followed her with his eyes. He also seemed to know her but she could not remember him.

She was exactly like that.

Of course, that was only when she was visible but when she was invisible she was the opposite of that. She was confident and liked teasing people. Basically, she could only be normal when she was invisible.

Now, If you were to ask why Linri was acting weird when he met her. After looking at her dream-like eyes and porcelain-like skin, imagining how her lips taste like if he were to ki-

Anyway, if you were to ask why he was acting weird that was because she was Linri's, first love. You see, after The Game event some people decided to make new students who were better suited for combat but they didn't want to kill off their current characters. So instead, they made them leave the school. During that period Phantom decided to make his character confess to Eclairee's character who was leaving. It was fine until Eclairee re-enrolled the same character to the school with a different power giving some BS excuse as to why her powers changed. This resulted in them dating which in turn resulted in everyone wanting to find someone to pair up their characters with.

That was when Ravii contacted him to pair Linri with Elizabeth. She was shy and could only be herself when she was invisible. Linri was the perfect choice for her as he had [Thermal Vision] and could still see her even when she was invisible. He, of course, agreed to her request. Before that PM they had not even interacted as themselves let alone their characters but they wanted to get on with the relationship ASAP. So they planned that when Linri sees her for the first time he would fall in love with her and the same would also apply to her and it would move on from there. Unfortunately, they had interacted for a week in-game time, in total before Ravii had to quit RPing in the club. Thankfully the reason for that was a happy occasion. She had actually got married IRL but as a result, Linri and Elizabeth broke up as she had to leave the school which left Linri heartbroken and depressed for quite a long time. That was before he met Nero his second girlfriend who would eventually die during an event but that was a story for another time.

While Linri was thinking all this Elizabeth was still observing him behind the tree unsure of what to do or even what to say. This was the first time someone could actually see through her invisibility. Eventually, she gathered her courage to ask about it.

"Ho-how can yo-you see me?" her voice was so low that, it was extremely hard to hear what she said. It felt like the words were fighting against her, unwilling to come out. Even her face had become flushed and her eyes were tearing up. She looked like she was about to cry.

Please don't cry! He already had enough trouble keeping his reason. He would not be able to handle that much cuteness!!

"Don't cry! Don't cry! Look I turned my back. I can't see you! Okay? So please don't cry" Linri put his words to action and turned back leaning against the tree. He knew that he should leave. The more he stayed here the more he would become infatuated with her. And he hated that feeling!

As mentioned before Linri did not have anything against love but he had a girlfriend back at home whom he was pretty serious with. He could not stomach the feeling that the Original Linri might be having his way with her. Most importantly, he did not want to cheat on her. That was the only reason he refused the advances of such a beautiful girl like Jaime all this time. Technically, if he were to have a girlfriend in here, it wouldn't be cheating as he was in a different world altogether let alone a different body. The problem was his conscience.

Thanks to his iron will and also the fact they haven't been together for long he could still refuse Jaime but that wouldn't work on Elizabeth. It was pre-destined that they would fall in love the moment they laid eyes on each other. That was why his original plan was to avoid her in the first place. This was another reason why he hated the fact that he was falling in love with her. These were not his own feelings. They belonged to Original Linri, not him! But she is cute though...

Linri's face started to swell from all the self-slaps. His face was burning and at this point, he did not know if he was blushing or it was because of the pain from his slaps.
