Chapter 354 Will You Spend Christmas Eve with Me?

"Don't mention my hand." Nian Junting seemed to suddenly get ignited by a fire sparkle.

Lu Kang kept quiet out of fear and didn't dare to say anything to the elder.

He believed that his boss was strong enough to heal himself.

In the evening, Nian Junting got out of work on time. As he was taking the private elevator downstairs, Xiao Si walked into the elevator from the lower floor.

"Are you going on a date with Luosang? That'd be nice," Xiao Si greeted him.

After saying that, he sensed a weird atmosphere and the cold air around him.

He turned his head to find Nian Junting staring at him with icy-cold eyes.

"Eh… Are you having a fight?" The corners of Xiao Si's mouth twitched.

"Who told you that?"

"It's written on your face," Xiao Si pointed at him and said.

Nian Junting stayed silent.

"It's alright. All couples fight each other." Xiao Si patted him on the shoulder and said, "Not to mention your awful temper. You've never fought until now; that means Luosang is well-tempered."

Hearing that, Nian Junting, who had just turned his eyes away, turned back to Xiao Si expressionlessly and said, "What about my temper? You wouldn't be able to find anyone else as easygoing as I am."

"Eh-hem,. Xiao Si coughed slightly and said, "I guess you won't make up soon. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve. Spend the night with me. I'm so bored and lonely."

"I'll think about it. After all, Luosang will certainly come to me before Christmas Eve to apologize and ask for forgiveness. If her apology isn't sincere enough, I'll spend the night with you," Nian Junting said, as he glanced at Xiao Si blandly.

Xiao Si felt hurt.

Was he like a back burner?

"Don't you feel that you might be overthinking? You don't know for sure if she'll come to apologize to you or not."

As the elevator ringed, Nian Junting's phone ringed as well. He glanced at the number on the screen, then showed it to Xiao Si.

"See? She's calling to apologize right now, but I won't forgive her so easily."

After saying that, he hung up on her, put the phone into his pocket, then proudly walked toward his car.

Xiao Si speechlessly looked at his back, feeling that the world was truly unfair. Even someone like Nian Junting had a girlfriend, yet he was still single.

In Luosang's apartment, in the living room, Luosang looked at her phone, feeling a little depressed.

These days, she had called him at least ten times, and send him some messages.

However, he never answered her calls or replied to her messages.

It's really enough. I've never seen a man who can be so mean when he's angry. I bit him, so he can maybe hang up on me once or twice, but after that, we should be good. I'm not even mad at him for embarrassing me in the library.

"Eh? Why are you back so early today? Didn't you go on a date with Mr. Nian?" Yan Su was back home. She opened the door wider and said, "And you're not talking on the phone."

"We're kinda having a fight. You're back early too. Didn't your company sign you up for lots of training courses recently?" asked Luosang.

"Yeah. I have piano class later. I came back to change my clothes," said Yan Su. "Why are you two in a fight?"

Luosang told her about what had happened yesterday.

"He got this mad because of that?" Yan Su clicked her tongue and said, "Mr. Nian is so possessive. You can't avoid talking to men without hurting their feelings."

"He's just like that. I guess we just need to learn how to deal with these kinds of situations. No one is perfect. I have problems too." Luosang sighed and said, "But he's really too bossy."

"No matter what, you guys should spend Christmas Eve together," said Yan Su while changing. "It's your first Christmas Eve together."

Luosang paused for a second, then asked, "What about you?"

"I… don't have time for that. I'll be in the company, rehearsing." Yan Su turned her face away and said, "He said that… He'll call me tomorrow, if he has time."

Luosang looked at her, suddenly feeling lucky.

Nian Junting was possessive, but at least he was with her.
