Chapter 1068 - We’ll Go Straight for Children

“You said yourself that you like to collect condoms.” Mo Liuxi said with a frown seeing she was still not smiling. “Did you lie to me before?”

“No… No… I like them.” Yan Su nodded. She wanted to cry, but smiling was her only choice at the moment. “I never saw these foreign brands before. I was just surprised.”

“I’m glad you like them,” Mo Liuxi said. “I’ll try my best to find more brands that you don’t know.”

“I don’t think you can find any good ones yourself. The choices of condoms that we have in this country are limited.” Mo Liuxi opened his book while speaking. He raised his head and said, “Oh, I gave you these, so you’re not allowed to give them to anyone else. I heard that you often give condoms to my sister.”

“She’s married. Don’t worry about her.” Mo Liuxi snorted and said, “Besides, even though you have given her many condoms, she got pregnant anyway. You’re ruining the condom company’s reputation.”

He sounded like a professional condom salesman.

Yan Su closed the box. It was settled. She was a condom collector, and there was nothing to say to change that fact. She was too tired to explain.

“That won’t happen anytime soon. If you misbehave, you may never have a chance to use them,” she said.

“It’s OK. We’ll go straight for children.” Mo Liuxi’s smile grew bigger.

Yan Su blushed. This conversation had to end. She would never win anyway.

She stood up, put her gift away, and came back to study with Mo Liuxi.

She was concentrating on her studies. Mo Liuxi started eating cookies after a short while of reading. He also put dried beef and cookie into Yan Su’s mouth from time to time. She didn’t know where he got snacks that tasted so different from the supermarket ones.

At 9 p.m., he finished the snacks. He went to lay on the couch and played a game on his phone.

Yan Su didn’t sleep the previous night, so she was very tired. She pulled him up and said, “Go back to your own place. I’m going to sleep.”

“Alright.” Mo Liuxi turned and reached out a hand to her while looking at the phone screen. “Give me your key. You might oversleep. I’ll get in and prepare your things in the morning.”

Yan Su paused briefly and patted his palm. “Just knock on my door. I’m going to sleep early tonight, so I’ll get up early in the morning. I don’t need you to prepare my breakfast. If I give you the key now, you might sneak in while I’m asleep.”

“But I gave you my key,” Mo Liuxi said with a grievance.

“I have your key so I can cook for you anytime you need,” she replied.

“Same here.” Mo Liuxi nodded and said, “I want to make sure that your fridge is always full. I want you to always have something to eat when you return from a work trip. I don’t want you to be hungry. I want to keep your flat nice and clean, so you’ll always come back to a tidy home.”
