‘A sparring with him?’

Ou became pale at the offer. He had just seen an impossible happening right in front of his eyes. If a man can shatter the blue pearl stone with just a finger tip, it was hard to imagine how powerful he truly was.

‘Even IN Grade warrior would not be able to do that…’

Ou thought of that. He had never came across a supreme master stage warrior in his life, but considering such IN Grade warrior who is deemed strongest in this world can only cut down five stone slates, it was evident that this man was a monster.

“So. Who is it that I have to spar with?”

Chun Yeowun asked again.

“…I am sorry. There is no one that can spar with you in our department.”

Ou revealed the truth. If the man was about as same as him, he would have proceeded with the testing, but it was easy to see that no one in Yulin Department will be able to even make a scratch to this man.

“What are you talking about? We just had gone through one test!”

Security Department head So Yanghyun argued. He too had seen blue pearl stone being shattered but he was just an ordinary man, so he couldn’t understand how incredible this was.

“Sir… you do know I am the strongest man in our department.”

“Yes, I am fully aware of that. But how are we suppose to analyze Vice President’s power with only one test?”

So Yanghyun only wanted to confirm one thing. It was that if Chun Yeowun was powerful enough as he claims.

‘If he is truly powerful, then we will have to sign the contract as they wish.’

Current Yulinians were all under jurisdiction of the government. As such, it was a bad move for the government to come to a contract with one of Yulin as a equal.

“Is there any other volunteer beside Ou who can spar?”

So Yanghyun shouted to other employees within the gym. Of course, no one stepped out and Ou spoke with uncomfortable tone.

“We all have seen Yongchun Group’s Vice President’s potent power. There is no one who will volunteer. This man is either IN or maybe… even CHUK…”

“May I try?”

That’s when someone intervened. Ou became confused and turned to the man.

“Officer Ji?”

This man was Ji Huntak, a newly employed at the Yulin Department recently. He was only believed to be at Master stage at age of early 30, which was huge achievement itself, but it was still far too weak.

“We’ll see how it turns out.”

‘What is he saying?’

Ji was not thinking straight, as Ou thought. But it was surely strange enough for a Yulinian to still step up to spar the man when he had seen such prowess. Ji Huntak then walked up to Ou.

“Please give me chance. No Yulinian will want to miss out on opportunity to spar a strong one.”

Ji Huntak’s eyes were turned to somewhere else. But Ou did not realize that and shook his head.

“Ugh. Give me a break, will you? You are not even close to such power. It is not something you can just…”

It was then.

Ji Huntak’s body suddenly charged into Ou.

“What?”

It was a move that cannot be made from a mere Master stage warrior. Ou became shocked and tried to move back with his skill, but Ji Huntak caught up to him and reached out to Ou’s stomach.

“UGH!”

A sound of someth projectile shooting out was heard. Ou took few steps back and looked down at his own stomach.

His stomach was bloodied as if he was shot. It was hard to guess what had happened when Ji Huntak brought his hand up to his mouth and whistled.

“Whew, shit. You talk too much.”

His hand had a muzzle like thing shaped up, raising a smoke.

“O…Officer Ji… what are y…”

That’s when Ou’s forehead was shot. It was from the bullet shot by Ji Huntak’s palm.

“YOU!!”

“JI!!!”

It was a sudden happening. All Yulin Department employees charged at Ji Huntak to take him down. But something else happened then.

“ARGH!”

Few employees and staffs who seemed to be part of Yulin Department suddenly turned their backs and attacked other employees. Starting with gun-like thing protruding from their hands like Ji Huntak, some of them even took out their weapons they were hiding and attacked to kill others at once.

“W-what is going on..?!”

So Yanghyun became shocked. He couldn’t understand what was going on. Total of thirteen employees were murdered in seconds.

“Who are you all!”

So Yanghyun was not a fool. He did not remember every employees within the city hall, but it was easy to see that these people weren’t his employees.

‘We have terrorist within our nest!’

It was about twenty of them. So Yanghyun then whispered to Vice Mayor Mi Chuk.

“Vice Mayor. We have to get out no…”

‘?!’

That’s when So Yanghyun became shocked. There was metal touching on his head. As he turned slowly, Vice Mayor Mi Chuk was aiming a pistol with silencer up on his head.
