This guy was the greatest genius that the Springfield Family before the appearance of Arthur and Shiella, the Dragon King: Nathan Springfield.

And when he heard the question from his father, Nathan shook his head and smiled bitterly. "I really arranged everything but I haven't heard his progress since I have some things that I need to deal with in the military. So, this is also my first time seeing it."
