302 Entering The Wormhole Again

Immediately, a chill ran down Shen Fei’s spine. He remembered that he had shown Aloy the runes before he passed out.

…And Aloy had left without saying goodbye. Could something have happened?

As he thought of this, Shen Fei’s heart began to fill with worry.

‘No, I have to find Aloy as soon as possible. I can’t let her be in danger.’

She pointed her finger at the space in front and a sharp ice-crystal longsword condensed out of thin air, exuding a cold aura. The longsword suddenly shot a burst of power skywards, and soon a shower of sharp ice blades descended upon the swarm of Black Storm Bugs.

Accompanied by a deafening crash, the black swarm was pierced through by the longsword’s attack, and several bugs were smashed onto the ground. In a few minutes or so, the nest of Black Storm Bugs were all but wiped out.

As for the surviving Black Storm Bugs that were left behind, they were lying on the ground, trembling. They were obviously frightened by Aloy’s ice-crystal longsword attack. As soon as they were able to, the remaining Black Storm Bugs fled until they disappeared into the distance.

“Ice Spirit, it seems like we’re about to reach the secret realm again,” Aloy mumbled, her pretty face revealing a nervous expression.

Suddenly, Aloy heard a roar that shook her soul. “ROAR!!!”

“Crap! This is the roar of a higher Count-rank beast!”

Aloy’s expression changed drastically. The roar was still heard, but this time, it was clearer. She stopped in her tracks. Her face was pale and her body trembled.

This was a kind of pressure that belonged to a King! This pressure was many times more terrifying than the Black Storm Bugs. Aloy felt her body stiffen, and she felt trapped.

However, a violent wind suddenly blew out, causing Aloy’s beautiful face to change dramatically.

Her body reacted instinctively; she barely had time to dodge. A rock beside Aloy was struck by the strong wind and shattered into pieces. Aloy turned around and her eyes widened. She saw a giant creature that was more than thirty meters long, covered in dense scales, and had a purple-black body.

This was the legendary beast…

“Unihorn Wyrm!” Aloy’s face paled even more.

If only she had the assistance of the system, then she would have been able to see these numbers.
