Chapter 411 - You Seem To Have Done That

Xiao Ya then introduced herself to Grandpa Wu shyly.

"I am Luo Ya, Grandpa."

"Hoho, a shy little girl."

He laughed out while fishing out a few candies from his pocket and handing them to Qiqi and Jia.

"Thank you, Grandpa."

The three thanked and then went to the others and started introducing themselves.

Meanwhile, Yuan Meng greeted Grandma Xue with Grandma Yan and Ning Wei.

"Hello, Aunt Xue."

She said while giving a light hug.

"Huh?"

At first Grandma Xue was a bit taken aback after suddenly being hugged by an unknown woman, but after taking a glance at Yuan Meng, she smiled.

"Haha, you look more beautiful now that I see you."

"Hehe."

Grandma Xue giggled mysteriously but Yuan Meng could feel a playful look in her eyes.

"You seem to have done that."

Grandma Yan whispered in her ear lightly making Yuan Meng's cheeks flush from embarrassment.

Of course, this time she understood without even thinking for a moment what Grandma Xue was talking about.

Yuan Meng was not completely small to not understand what Grandma Xue was talking about and thought she had not understood it a few days ago when Ning Wei asked her the same thing, but now she didn't have the face to forget it and it only made her more embarrassed. 

No matter how much she wanted to deny that they had not done that as of yet, Yuan Meng didn't have the face to say it in front of so many people, even if she was to whisper it to Grandma Xue, Yuan Meng would still be embarrassed to death by this.

"Kekeke"

Grandma Xue grinned haughtily as if she had caught a couple kissing but didn't say anything further, clearly knowing that it would not be right to make Yuan Meng embarrassed in front of so many people.

They still have a lot of time, so of course, they would have a lot of time to talk about this in their group of women.

"Hello, I am Han Yan, Qiqi's Grandmother."

Grandma Yan introduced herself while greeting with a low bow.

Of course, it was because Grandma Xue was a few years older than her.

"Haha, this Sister doesn't need to do something like that, we are just like a family, Qiqi always talked about you, she really missed you a lot when she was with us."

Grandma Xue shook her head and took Grandma Yan's hand and said lightly while looking at the three little girls who were getting blessings and chocolates from others.

Grandma Yan said with a grateful look in her eyes, they had turned most as she thought about how would Little Qiqi feel if she was alone while Yuan Meng was still in her school.

"Sister Yan is worried for nothing, in fact, we would have been bored to death if not for Qiqi with us, we are the ones who are grateful for what has happened."

Grandma Xue chuckled and then brought them to the table.

There were many round tables which were surrounded by the chairs and there were many of them.

On each table, there were several small bottles of water.

"Here have some."

Grandma Xue passed Grandma Yan some a glass of water.

Grandma Yan sobered up and smiled.

She was really grateful to everyone here.

She was always worried about her little baby girl, and how she would be living all alone in their house while her mother was working.

This even made her sad.

But after Yuan Meng said to her about the Old Age home, Grandma Yan thought that it would be for the better since she knew that people of her age woudl love to have children with them.

And since there were many of them, it would be very good for Qiqi to stay with them rather than to stay alone in the larger house.

And after visiting Grandma Xue, Grandma Yan didn't know if she should be grateful for Yuan Meng getting a job which made Qiqi stay with them or not.

But still, it was good that Qiqi was able to live with them.

After a short introduction, they sat with everyone and went to the other tables where Little Qiqi, Jia and Xiao Ya had gone.

Everyone was very happy to meet Qiqi's grandparents and within little to no time, the hall was filled with loud laughs and chuckles as they started to recall many of their memories and jokes.

Yu Lan and her friends also didn't feel that it was boring as they listened to the various kinds of stories the old people talked about and in fact were mesmerised to know a lot of things like such.

Little Qiqi was sitting on Grandma Xue's lap while Little Jia was on Grandma Yan's as for Xiao Ya, she was with her Mom.

Meanwhile, everyone was so full of all that was happening that no one even thought of the person due to whom the party was celebrated.

Of course, Ye Qian would feel like crying if he were to know this.

But he would have no tears to shed.

What would he cry for?

He can't say that he was left out while others enjoyed meeting.

'Where is Papa?'

The little girls thought after not seeing Ye Qian for so long.

They started looking around but since the atmosphere was so bright they didn't want it to stop because of them.

And so they didn't ask about him to Yuan Meng or Ning Wei either.

"ACHOO"

Ye Qian sneezed as he stood beside Guard Le and the other two guards.

"Brother Ye, I suggest for you join them, I will let the other guests to the hall."

"Hmm Brother Le is right, Brother Ye won't be able to stay for long in this weather."
