Chapter 371 - Tiger In Sheep's Clothing

"You two Pig Heads."

"I am not asking you to get the world's best, just find the best wife for yourself."

With an annoyed glance, Brother Chen glared at the two and then continued.

"Enough with that, we need to be careful, be ready and keep guns with you we are to just stand on guard around the building during the event and don't let anyone know of our presence."

With a smirk, the younger guy said in overconfidence.

"You really are full of yourself huh?"

"But I feel like Big Miss's husband knows that we have been hiding for a long time."

Hearing him, the eyes of the two almost popped out.

"What he knows?"

"I don't know it for sure, but I have a feeling like he is not what he shows himself like."

Brother Chen mumbled while he wrote something in his diary.

"Yeah, I also felt the same, every time he is out, he looks around as if he is checking on something like just now."

While the other questioned.

"Whatever that is, you need to be careful, our priority now is to keep Big Miss and her family safe until the will is out and declared."

"Until then there is a tremendous threat to her life."

Brother Chen then continued.

"As for her husband, I think he might be capable of handling a few men by himself as well."

"How can he, he doesn't look that much strong to me at all?"

Jhao wondered while recalling Ye Qian's figure and build.

Brother Chen smiled wryly again and shook his head.

'He sure doesn't look strong, but the feeling he gives off is much crazier than the cruellest of men out there whom I have met so far.'

'He appears to be no less than a tiger in sheep clothing, I am afraid if someone tries to go against him, their future wont is that good.'

Brother Chen thought and sighed while he ordered the rest of the guards who were patrolling around the area to be careful and be ready for the evening.

There were bound to be some people who would try to harm Yuan Meng this time for sure, and if not for this kind of time they won't get another opportunity.

'I don't know what those two wolfs are thinking, but I need to be careful.'

Brother Chen muttered under his breath and started planning the position of how the guards must be arranged around the Old Age Home during the Party occurred.

Meanwhile, in the house.

"Hey come out all of you don't you still have your homework to do?"

Ye Qian called the girls while standing at the door while Yuan Meng beside him.

There was a pleased smile on her lips as she glanced at Ye Qian every now and then.

'Hehe, that was a good move.'

Yuan Meng giggled while reminiscing their action from before.

Thinking of this though there was a tinge of blush on her cheeks she was not embarrassed like always.

Now she was also getting accustomed to this and felt pleasant instead.

"Hehe, Papa we were waiting for you and Aunt Meng to come and call us for so long."

Little Jia exclaimed as she ran to them.

"Haha, I know, you won't come out unless I were to call you all."

Ye Qian pinched her nose and chuckled lightly.

He then glanced and saw that Grandma Yan was holding Xiao Ya on her lap while the little girl sat obediently without moving even for a tiny bit and a serious face.

"Grandma how long till you are done?"

The little girls finally asked after seeing that her Big Sister Jia had gone to their Mom and Dad.

"Just a moment, ahh, here you go!"

Grandma Yan chuckled and patted the little girls head as she helped her to go down.

"Thank you, grandma!"

The little girls thanked Grandma Yan and then waved at Yuan Meng and Ye Qian.

"Mom, how do I look?"

She asked as Yuan Meng picked her up and showed off her hair.

"Beautiful."

Yuan Meng's eyes were only filled with love as she glanced at Xiao Ya.

Just a few minutes ago, after the girls had been finished eating their snacks. they started playing.

And the makeshift hairstyle that Yuan Meng had done for Xiao Ya was back to being all messed up.

And this was seen by Grandma Yan since she was just entering the kitchen to see what exactly the girls were doing.

She then noticed the messed up hair of Xiao Yan and forced her to sit on her lap while she made her hair.

Though Xiao Ya was first a bit frightened after being suddenly lifted and felt that this grandma was angry at her and would be giving her a beating for being too mischievous, nothing like that happened.

But in fact, the good grandma asked her many questions like how old she was and what she loved to eat and what was her favourite sweet dishes and etc.

While all the time Grandma Yan was making Xiao Ya's hair, Little Qiqi and Little Jia would giggle and then talk with Grandma while she had to keep quiet since she would move a lot while talking.

But later Xiao Ya found out that Grandma was her Dad's mother.

This made her eyes happier as she obediently sat on her Grandma's lap while she made her hair carefully.

"Grandma made my hairs!"

The little girls then turned to Ye Qian and exclaimed with a beaming smile as if she was saying something unique.

Of course, Ye Qian understood why it was.

He could only extend his hand and pat her head while nodding at Grandma Yan.
