Chapter 267 - Is Big Brother Willing To Beat Me?

Ye Qian had his hand on Yu Lan's head as he gently caressed her hair.

Yu Lan had to know that there would never be anything between them, he had always been treating her like a small sister, but even he didn't know since when she had developed feelings for her.

But he understood that maybe this was just for some time and if she were to be given more time she would overcome it and have a happy life with whom she deserved to be loved.

There was no way he would be able to do anything in that to help her; it was only her who could make her out of this or it would get even worse.

He didn't want Yu Lan to be like Qing'er.

While remembering Qing'er Ye Qian could only sigh in his heart.

It had been more than 3 days on the earth but on the Greater Heavens, more than 8 years would have been passed.

Ye Qian didn't know what his disciples were going through right now but he knew that while one was in secluded Cultivation one would not know the passage of time.

He could only hope that they would have made some better improvements in their cultivation.

There was nothing to him to worry about them.

There was enough time for them to reach the Sky Immortal Realm of Cultivation.

Although all of them were prodigies they would still require some time to stabilize their realms and then carry on for the next ones.

But he still felt that they would have already stepped into the True Immortal Realm, but still, they needed a lot of time to get to the Sky Immortal.

His thoughts were again disturbed as he heard Yu Lan sobbing and sniffing as she tried to control her tears from falling.

"Really Big Brother?"

With a light smile, she asked but there were still tears falling down her cheeks.

Ye Qian sighed in his heart but he could only nod to her.

There was indeed a party in the evening and he didn't think it would matter if he were to bring some of his family to the old age home, and also felt that they would be delighted.

Little Qiqi exclaimed as she beamed with joy and excitement.

For her the more people at the party the more it would be lively and she would get to meet more.

Yuan Meng nodded while looking at Lin, Yanran and Mei, for her the three were not unknown so it was fine to invite them since they were Yu Lan'er friends and had even stayed with them.

"I will also wait for Aunt Lan'er and others."

Little Jia also exclaimed with a bright smile while the small sparrow sitting on her shoulder also chirped indicating that she would also wait for them.

With that, the atmosphere was back to normal, Yu Lan and her friends bade farewell to Ye Qian, Yuan Meng and Grandma Yan while each of them left a peck on the little girl's cheeks.

"We will come in the evening to help you out as well."

Yu Lan said while she turned around to Ye Qian and Yuan Meng.

The couple nodded with a light smile.

"Hey, you are leaving already?"

While Lin opened the door an elegant voice entered their ears.

It was Ning Wei who had just walked out of the room just now, she had to use the washroom for a long time due to certain reasons and was thus a lot late than Yuan Meng and the two little girls.

"Hmm, bye Big Sister Wei."

Yu Lan smiled at her and bade farewell.

"Hmm."

Ning Wei nodded with a simple smile and then turned to the little girls who were waving their hands at Yu Lan and her friends.

"Aunt Lan'er, Qiqi will miss you."

"I will also miss you too little sweethearts."

Little Qiqi and Little Jia gave a small kiss on her cheeks and then turned back to their mothers.

Yuan Meng and Ning Wei were happy with their behaviours and patted their heads.

"You have some breakfast, I will send Lan'er and her friends."

Ye Qian turned to Ning Wei and then continued to Yuan Meng.

"Hmm."

The two nodded in unison and walked to the kitchen.

While walking Ning Wei's steps were light and she seemed to be having trouble while walking straight.

This couldn't get away from Ye Qian as he sighed after understanding what it was.

Ye Qian turned to the door and walked out with Yu Lan and her friends.

"Big Brother, you don't have to do this."

Yu Lan shook her head with a pleased smile.

At least her Big Brother Qian wanted to receive her out and this made her happy for the moment even though she was about to leave now.

"Hey little girl, can't I send you out now as well?"

Ye Qian raised his brows and asked while making his hand in a slapping gesture.

"Or you want a beating for this?"

"Hehe, is big brother willing to beat me up?"

Yu Lan smiled cheekily while showing her tongue.

"You think I won't huh?"

Ye Qian shook his head and smiled wryly.

"Hahaha."

The three around also laughed seeing the different Yu Lan who would never appear to them.
