Chapter 244 - Goodbye Little One!

Within a room in the large building complex near the IMAP Mall.

A woman's cries of misery and longing could be heard but the room but there was no one to console her except for her husband beside her but he also had a guilty and sad expression on his face while thinking of the mistake of his that day caused them to lose their child.

"GGGGRRRR"

While the atmosphere was silent a sudden sound of something sliding was heard the woman was already sobbing but she could still notice it.

Meanwhile, her husband glanced at the door in front of them in confusion.

The sliding door was of their balcony but it had opened all by itself.

The next moment they were frightened as they saw a man walk in through the balcony with a smile.

One had to know that this was the 20th floor, so if someone were to come through your balcony anyone would be frightened to their core, as it was a fact.

But the next moment, the man's eyes were wide open while the woman bit her lips and wiped her tears with her lips trembling.

Her body shivered as she took light steps to the man who had come through the balcony.

Her eyes were shining as her heart welled up with happiness she would never have felt.

How could she not be happy?

The man who had come through the balcony was Ye Qian and that was not what made her filled with joy.

She saw that in the man's hands there was a girl who was nearly 3 years old.

But the woman's eyes would not move from the small girl in the man's hand.

The small girl was extending both her hands while calling out.

"MUU MUU"

"Ahhhh, my little baby."

The woman rushed to Ye Qian and took the small girl in her arms while kissing her all over her face and head.

The little girl also ran her hands all over her mother's face with tears.

"My little girl, mom missed you so much."

The woman mumbled as she hugged her daughter close to her chest.

Only she knew how frightened and worried she was for her little child.

Ye Qian started at the two with a bright smile on his face.

But he still had a lot of things to do here and could not just leave as of yet.

"Ahem."

Ye Qian cleared his throat to gain some of their attention.

He knew that the woman would definitely be hard to understand all these things since she was completely immersed in the joy of having her child back, but the man who had his eyes open took a few steps to Ye Qian and kneeled.

"THUD"

"Thank you sir, for bringing our child back to us. I don't have anything else to say more than this."

The man kneeled with his head near Ye Qian's foot, Ye Qian wanted to take his off back but the man held it with his hands while there were tears on the floor.

He seemed to be crying.

The guilt within his heart had grown a lot from letting loose of his daughter's hand and now that she was now in front of them, the small thing that held his sorrow finally broke.

Ye Qian sighed and shook his head.

The woman had also gone on her knees by now while she held the girl with her with tears of joy in her eyes, but she didn't speak anything.

She was so grateful to this man that there were no words coming from her mouth.

Her heart was filled with gratitude and happiness.

The two had been completely lost in their joy from their agony that they did not even think that this man who had brought their child had come through their balcony and not the door of their house.

This also made Ye Qian sigh in relief as he would have to not deal with other tedious things like answering their question and telling them about anything about it.

Ye Qian nodded and then waved his hand.

The eyes of the man and woman turned blank while they seemed to have been sleepwalking as they walked to their bedroom.

The woman worried about her little girl while the man followed behind.

Ye Qian sighed again and walked behind them.

Meanwhile, the other girl in Ye Qian's hand looked at her uncle and aunt with confusion.

How was it that the two didn't say anything to her?

She was right next to her small cousin, but her uncle and aunt didn't even look at her.

What she didn't know was that she was currently covered in a Spiritual Sphere through which no one would be able to see her.

Much less the two, unless Ye Qian were to not remove it there was no way anyone would be able to see the other girl with even a high detection device as a thermal camera.

Ye Qian followed the three within the bedroom as the small girl would extend her tiny hand towards him while clutching her fingers at him.

Ye Qian could only chuckle lightly at the little one's gesture.

Soon the woman placed the small girl on the bed while she also rested her back on it.

The man also followed suit.

Ye Qian waved his hand and the blanket was opened and covered the three of them.

The eyes of the man and woman were cloudy as if they were not conscious at all.

it seemed like they were hypnotized and were not able to perceive anything.

The small girl tucked the blanket to the side and sat on the bed while looking at Ye Qian in confusion.

She stood up on the bed and then walked to the corner of the bed to where Ye Qian stood while extending her hands.

"UMMU UMMU"

She hugged Ye Qian's neck as she reached the corner.

"SIGH"

Ye Qian sighed.
