“What condition?”

Damo’s face was grim as he sank into thought.

Even he himself did not think that he could give up anything.

There was nothing of value on him.

Magic artifact?

He did not have a second one.

The other four did not speak either. They looked at Ronald with fear in their eyes.

Ronald’s strength was too terrifying.

If Ronald was just one of the Mystic Fire’s Seven Disciples, they would naturally not fear him.

They were confident in dealing with the Mystic Fire’s Seven Disciples.

But the problem was that Ronald was not as simple as that!

Judging from that powerful slash, Damo could almost see the swordsmanship that was even stronger than the legendary swordsman.

This thought shocked him even more.

If it was purely swordsmanship, that pinnacle swordsman could not even be compared to Ronald.

What did this mean?

The person in front of him could even kill a god!

“From the looks of it, there doesn’t seem to be anything that can buy your lives.”

Ronald narrowed his eyes and spoke slowly.

He held the black-golden greatsword in his right hand, and a sharp sword aura spread out.

The sword aura held down on Damo and the others, causing all five of them to simultaneously reveal heavy expressions and not dare to act rashly.

Even though Damo still had a sliver of hope that he could defeat Ronald, he did not dare to try.

Once they angered Ronald, they would be finished.

“Wait, what do you want?”

Damo took a deep breath and asked.

He really couldn’t think of anything he could use to trade for their lives.

“How about this, I won’t make things difficult for you.”

The corners of Ronald’s mouth curled up as he looked meaningfully at Damo. “Tell me your deepest, greatest secret,” he said. “And I’ll let you go.”

“The deepest, greatest secret?”

Damo’s expression changed slightly. For a moment, he thought of many things, but on the surface, it was still impossible to tell the change in his expression.

“I have a lot of secrets. I don’t know which one you’re talking about?”

Damo looked at Ronald and spoke again.

“The deepest secret you have hidden.”

Ronald said with a grin, his eyes seeming to see right through Damo’s heart.

“You know who I am?”

Damo asked suspiciously.

“Damo, head of the Black Cavalry Mages.”

The corner of Ronald’s lips twitched as he answered.

Hearing this, Damo took a deep breath and said, “Then let me tell you my purpose for hiding in the East Continent for so many years.”

“No, no, no.”

Ronald shook his head and chuckled. “That’s not it. If you’re still not going to tell me the truth, then I’m going to kill you. Please don’t patronize me.”

“This is my biggest secret.”

Damo said quickly, his face grim.

“Are you sure?”

The corners of Ronald’s mouth twitched as he smiled faintly.

Then, he moved and walked to Cass’s side. He glanced at Cass’s tall, thin body and held the black-golden greatsword against his neck.

“D-Don’t be rash.”

Cass quickly waved a hand in surrender.

The knife sliced through his skin, revealing blood, making Cass even more nervous.

Now, if Ronald moved even a little, Cass’s head would fall to the ground.

“Huh?”

Damo’s pupils contracted as he watched Ronald’s actions and some black matters appeared in his hands.

He was the rarest dark elemental Mage on this mainland, so his strength was naturally not weak!

He was looking for an opportunity to attack Ronald!

As for his biggest secret?

This involved a lot of things.

He did not want to expose his secret. The only way was to kill Ronald!

“Get ready.”

Damo and the other four looked at each other and the former conveyed his order.

He was going to attack!

Black matters floated in his hands, which were hidden behind him and had avoided Ronald’s vision.

He was confident that, at such a close distance, he could kill Ronald in one hit by activating the annihilation characteristic of the dark element.

It was impossible for Ronald opponent to react, nor could he block his full-power strike.

But first, he had to make the other party lower his guard.

“My biggest secret…”

With some thought, Damo said, “Is…”
